Nikos and Victoria helped us and made excellent recommendations. I’d highly recommend trying the garlic bread and burrato salad. Never been more happy to leave a review for a restaurant

C	Christos Voutsakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A spectacular setting with world class food. Castella is a must-visit culinary experience while in Skiathos. We started with three knock-out appetizers: the Buratta, the delicious Ceviche, and the garlic bread and were left reeling. Fortunately we came hungry! We could not get enough of the Seafood tagliatelle and the prosciutto pizza. Every single dish was masterful, we even learned that the tomatoes came from the family's garden! There is also a great selection of excellent local wine and beer. Add that to the fact that the restaurant seating is situated right along the water with one of the most breathtaking views of town. 5/5 food, 5/5 atmosphere, 5/5 service. We will certainly be back!
A	Aris Drogosis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the best pizza restaurant in Skiathos, by the edge of the sea! You should definitely try carbonara with handmade spaghetti and garlic bread!! As for the owners and staff, maybe the most pleasant and friendly people on the island! We'll meet again soon ;-)

T	Theodoros Palikyras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice and cozy place right by the sea. Nikos and Victoria, the owners, were really friendly, explained us the menu and gave us great recommendations. We ordered 2 different dishes of homemade pasta (carbonara and seafood), 1 prosciuto pizza and a garlic bread, which was the famous dish of the restaurant. Everything was delicious, well cooked, fresh and the prices were more than fair! At the end, we got offered homemade limoncello and almond dessert, both made from local ingredients and by Nikos' mother. We would def recommend Castella ✌
