★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a Thai massage with Christos and it was exactly what I needed. You can tell that Christos really cares and does everything in his power so you have the best experience.
He clearly knows what he is doing and if you believe in energy I would say he has healing hands.
I went because my entire body felt stuck and I was curious about trying Thai massage. I left feeling completely free and relaxed. Will definitely book again.

It's an exciting experience for me each time when I attend a lesson and really can't not imagine myself not doing yoga. In addition, the effect that it has on my body It's not only beneficial physically but also mentally.

Regular classes, workshops, retreats, everything that Christos organises is always done with heart and passion. After going through a heavy surgery, Christos' massages have helped me a lot on the path of recovery as well as the personal trainings I follow to recover my motor abilities. Christos is very dedicated to every single client and watch personal flow so there is this beautiful energy and understanding of special needs going on during the classes. Attending the yoga session, I did not meet any yoga bunnies but friendly and professional yoga students, after all I was feeling in peace and calm. thank you.
