I bought a bottle of 24 eur Skouras red wine (2012) for a New Year dinner. Took a sip and it was obvious the wine was corked. I went back to the shop to exchange it, however a salesman refused the exchange claiming that he is not in charge to make such decisions. I was told to come back later in the evening to speak to the manager. The manager didn't bother to appear. A saleswoman called him and was told not to exchange the wine.
In every civilised country where customer care is at heart of the business such exchange is processed within a minute with apologies for bad experience. Boufis claims to be the best off licence in Europe (oh dear!) while selling "vinegar" in wine bottle for 24 eur! Shame on you!
