Παρήγγειλα μέσω eshop δώρο Πρωτοχρονιάς και σε λιγότερο από 20 ώρες ήταν σπίτι μου.Και μιλάμε τώρα ,για παραμονή Πρωτοχρονιάς ,που όλοι τρέχουν! Ο κύριος που ήρθε ευγενεστατος! Συγχαρητήρια!!! Awesome wine cellar and awesome service. I ordered a New Year's gift through the eshop and in less than 20 hours it was my home. And now we are talking about New Year's Eve, where everyone is running! The gentleman who came most noble! Congratulations!!!
I	Ivan Adamidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να παραγγείλω το Glenfarclas 21 για δώρο. Ήταν διαθέσιμο μα παράδοση 1-3 ημέρες. Κανονικά η παραγγελία και η πληρωμή. Την άλλη μέρα έρχεται ένα mail "Η παραγγελία σας έχει ακυρωθεί - για λεπτομέρειες πάρτε μας τηλέφωνο" Στο τηλέφωνο ούτε συγγνώμη, ούτε κάποια άλλη πρόταση. Δεν είναι διαθέσιμο το προϊόν που παραγγείλατε και αυτό ήταν . Η επικοινωνία λες και μιλάει σε μαθητούδι. Απαράδεκτη και άκρως μη επαγγελματική. Όταν είπα ότι καλό θα ήταν ένα προϊόν το οποίο δεν είναι διαθέσιμο να το αναφέρουν ως μη διαθέσιμο, έλαβα την απάντηση, ότι έτσι λειτουργεί το σύστημα, παίρνουμε την παραγγελία και μετά κοιτάμε αν το έχει ο προμηθευτής, για αυτό βάζουμε διαθέσιμο και 1-3 ημέρες παράδοση!!! Όταν είπα ότι σε αυτή τη περίπτωση σωστό θα ήταν να βάλουν "κατόπιν παραγγελίας", η απάντηση πάλι ήταν "έτσι λειτουργούμε εμείς" ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ και θρασύτατοι! Τα λεφτά ακόμα να τα πάρω πίσω από παραγγελία που έγινε προχθές και ακυρώθηκε χθες το πρωί. I went to order the Glenfarclas 21 as a gift. It was available but delivery 1-3 days. Normally order and payment. The next day comes an email "Your order has been canceled - for details call us" On the phone neither apology nor any other suggestion. The product you ordered is not available and that was it. Communication is like talking to a student. Unacceptable and highly unprofessional. When I said that it would be good for a product that is not available to be mentioned as not available, I received the answer, that this is how the system works, we take the order and then look if the supplier has it, so we put 1-3 available days delivery !!! When I said that in this case it would be right to put "on order", the answer again was "this is how we work" UNACCEPTABLE and brazen! I can still get the money back from an order that was made the day before yesterday and was canceled yesterday morning.

They have a every type of alcohol and ordered our choice of wine from the winery. We contacted them to provide drinks for our event, placed an order and collected it on the agreed day.

I ordered an expensive gift box of wines to be delivered with a wishes card but to my greatest disappointment, a plane box of wines was delivered with no gift card or other info. To my complaints the store said that there was an issue with their orders and my order with ribbons and all (and my wishes card) was delivered to another customer and the orders were mixed up. Even if, which I personally don't, you buy in the excuse this shows that customer care and logistics are far far away from the minimum expectations. That's a pity. So much uncomfort by selecting the wrong e-shop.
