Booked a table three days in advance went in on crutches as I had just suffered a serious knee injury and because I had a British NHS Covid Pass and their EU Covid app wouldn’t recognise it they kept me standing outside the restaurant in the cold AND on crutches for 20 minutes until eventually they kicked me out because of my British Covid Pass. Unacceptable and sadly unbelievably rude for a person in pain. I would not recommend.
G	Gp Plak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad experience on a Friday night booking. Service was great but too quick to draw servings. Menu had nice twists and interesting ideas but the result in flavor was just dissapointing. 35€pp is too much for decoration and instagram photoshooting.

A	Ania Hindmark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the restaurant was looking quite promising, I was disappointed. The staff was a batch of amateurs that they needed a lot of training. The food came quite quickly but the wine came quite late even though it's the first to be served. The waiter dropped a piece of ham into the candle and he asked us if we want the piece to eat it. Another waiter dropped water on one of our friends. The food was below average. Probably people in the area have not discovered yet Vissente, a little gem with real Italian food in the middle of Nea Smyrni 's square. We complained to the Manager who admitted that the staff are new and they need training . At the end , as a good will gesture, she offered us a dessert to share among 3 people without even asking if we eat the specific dessert or we have any allergies. Definitely, we are not going back and I don't recommend this place to anyone with a good taste for food!!!
T	Travel advice from a Greek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10th March of 2022. Group of 2 lady friends. If you liked Nea Smyrni before -like I do- with the addition of this restaurant you're gonna loved it. Everyone were so truly amazingly polite. They even asked us -by themselves- if there are food allergies. The food had excuisite taste, but sophisticated. Moreover, everything were well-cooked. The surprise was the succulent tiramisu dessert. Truly yummy ?. I will definitely go again for brunch. @traveladvicefromagreek

Its a bit on the premium side with high prices but good service and excellent raw materials, taste. A good idea is to make a reservation before coming, but the service is fast and polite. Recommended

After being there for 2 hours we were asked to leave for the next seating, however, our food took a really long time to get to our table. I would go again but it’s really rude to ask someone to leave after the food has been delayed.
