Cave of Antartes - Cave of Antartes

Ιδιαίτερα εντυπωσιακή η τοποθεσία στην οποία βρίσκεται το σπήλαιο. Το σπήλαιο αν και χωρίς ιδιαίτερα μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον είναι όμορφο και "πρωτότυπο", σίγουρα αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε.

Πρόκειται για μία μικρή αίθουσα χωρίς κάποιον διάκοσμο απλά διαθέτει ένα φυσικό πέτρινο καθιστικό. Για την εύρεση του χρειάζεται πεζοπορία παράλληλα με το ρέμα. Η είσοδος του είναι μεγάλη και ευδιάκριτη. Το όνομα του είναι προφανές ότι το πήρε επειδή ήταν κρυσφήγετο ανταρτών οπότε μπορεί να μην είναι κάτι ιδιαίτερο αλλά έχει μια ιστορία...

Εύκολο σε πρόσβαση για να το βρει κανείς. έχει απίστευτη θέα προς την πόλη και στο εσωτερικό είναι αρκετά ευρύχωρο

Nice and good, tiny room but anyway it is really nice, nothing a lot to see but you can come here and not to be afraid, it’s not so dangerous.have a nice day and trip!!! just be careful after rain it gonna be slippery

Amazing views over panorama. Red and purple signs to the two caves. Will add another star when/if I manage to actually locate them.

Definitely a unique cave, located in the area of Lykorema of Voula, at an altitude of 268 meters. The small cave, which is surrounded by large rocks and vegetation, served as a hideout for the antartes ( rebels who would fight mainly ambushing their enemies and retreating sort after). The entrance of the cave is rather small, round and about 1 meter high and doesn't look like much. However, if you decide to go in, you will be rewarded with a unique view! Inside the 8-9 meters (diameter) chamber, an improvised "living room" will be waiting for you. You can sit there and rest for a bit! Outside the cave, a breathtaking view over Voula and Saronikos Bay is going to amaze you!! I definitely recommend you to pay a visit to this cave in Voula. Bare in mind though, that there's not a visible path all the way to the cave. There's a cliff 5 meters from the cave which can easily passed if you continue walking along side it on your left!
