I wanted to write my review here for a week but being a mother of three children and twin babies my time is very limited. I visited the store on the Thursday before the big week. A lady with great rudeness demanded the word to the saleswoman because while she had an appointment at 6.30 he did not put her earlier. The particular lady wanted to enter earlier due to haste, the saleswoman told her in a very polite way that if the space has been emptied of the required number of people, you can pass 6.20. At 6.15 am the lady started shouting at the saleswoman for no reason and she passed her and told her that she would come in earlier. Watch out for 6.15 and the saleswoman said 6.20 if there is room. The lady shouted that we were leaving the money and other insults as if the saleswoman was her slave. Zero respect as her face that the girl kept talking to her politely. He was shouting, bring me the person in charge and I will go to the headquarters. The reason I am writing is that because this lady could have taken the headlines without thinking about the girl's day job just because it did not become hers. I wanted the superiors of the store to know that they have a remarkable staff that respects the customer and serves him with courtesy but also knowledge on their clothes. The only negative thing I would say is that they do not have a variety and of course the staff is not responsible for that. Unacceptable company policy. If someone wants to be in 2 hours and search can .... and let the others wait outside. The saleswomen are UNACCEPTABLE !!!! Their only concern is to say it in the style and toupee of 100 cardinals to those who are waiting and to say that politics can do nothing.
