Sales assistant was very helpful. Also, there's a clear communication issue between the shop and the delivery company as I had to mention in 3 different calls that the product should be delivered at my address (which I had to provide it in 3 different occasions to IKEA and the delivery company )and it's not for pick up. It would be also great if the delivery company you work with, would accept a card payment as the law requires.
p	patrick coeman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If it's common for you to go into the Ikea, buy and take home, try Ikea Athens or Thessaloniki. Here on Crete it's more a pop-up where you can order and hopefully a week later you can pick up your things. It works.

The other employees are ok, but Irini, over the years, has been beyond helpful, always with a smile. She has solved issues in every way possible, she really knows what she is doing. She has made my many purchases at Ikea a lot easier and efficient! Good job Irini and thank you for everything.
