★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very few items in the store. You can't order online and receive there either. If you do go to pickup something that you ordered, the warehouse closes hours before the store closes leading to frustration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ikea store located in Patras provided the best experience. The stuff was very helpful and friendly. Also most of the items are affordable, well designed and matched!!! Beautiful environment, I definitely recommend anyone to pay a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience in an ikea store. The staff is reluctant to answer questions. I asked specifically what is going on with items that are not available to order online, and their answer were that they will become available when they will be back on stock. Further questions such as if they have an estimate on when they will have them in stock led to frustration of the ikea employee. The answer to that was on the beginning or the end of the month, without mentioning the begining of which month or the the end of which month. Further more a question of if expecting a batch of stock that includes all my items led to further frustration and after reluctantly searching in their systems, I finally had an answer. I mean I just moved to a new house and I need to know if they will have a tv furniture within a reasonable time. Apparently I was asking for too much for them. Then it is the privacy issue. The employee was distracted with other tasks that she was doing at the same time as she was processing my order and I had to say my email 3 times to her while 3 more persons was standing near me (with a distance less than the allowed due to covid) and essentially I was forced to reveal that information to strangers. At the same time I had to sign a GDPR document after paying for my goods. Hypocrisy. Worse experience by far.
