The owner was very helpful and willing to help. The house is comfortable and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετικη τοποθεσια , διπλα στο μετρο . Το σπιτι ανετο για δυο ατομα με ενα ωραιο καταπρασινο μπαλκονι που δυσκολα συναντας στο κεντρο της Αθηνας , καινουργιος ολος ο εξοπλισμος , πολλη καθαρο .
Great location, next to the metro. The house is comfortable for two people with a nice green balcony that is difficult to find in the center of Athens, all the equipment is new, very clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τέλεια φιλοξενία όπως πάντα με έναν άψογο και φιλικό οικοδεσπότη Το επιλέγω πάντα όταν πρέπει να μείνω στο κέντρο.. Η επίσκεψη στην Αθήνα ήταν για δουλειά, και το διαμέρισμα αυτό, στο κέντρο, 2 βήματα από το μετρό, είναι ό,τι χρειάζεται για ξεκούραση το βράδυ και γρήγορη πρόσβαση στα πιο σημαντικά σημεία της πόλης την ημέρα.
Perfect hospitality as always with a flawless and friendly host I always choose when I have to stay in the center .. The visit to Athens was for work, and this apartment, in the center, 2 steps from the metro, is what you need for rest at night and quick access to the most important parts of the city during the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the host and the balcony! The host was wonderful, beside the welcoming gift (ozou bottle) which was very thoughtful of him, he was always available to answer any questions about the city and very helpful. The balcony was very nice with many plants creating a nice small oasis in the middle of the city. The location is only 5-7 minutes walk from the metro station, and it's only 3 stops from Athens central square (Syntagma).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very close to the Metro so you could get around the city with ease. The apartment was clean and airy and located in a quiet leafy street close to a mini mart. You could sit out on the balcony and you were surrounded by greenery. The host provided coffee, tea, water, soaps and shampoos, and ouzo, gave great advice about the area and the local attractions and how to get to them and was generally very pleasant and accommodating. The best bit was the more than reasonable price.
