★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι σημαντικό οι καταναλωτές να προχωρούν σε καταγγελίες, διότι είναι ο μοναδικός τρόπος για να επιβληθούν κυρώσεις και να σταματήσουν οι ασύδοτες πρακτικές των εταιρειών ενημέρωσης και των δικηγορικών γραφείων που πολλές φορές τις υποκαθιστούν. Θα πρέπει να το καταγγείλουν στον ΔΣΑ και στην Ε.Κ.ΠΟΙ.ΖΩ!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είστε απλά τραγικοί. Χωρίς τρόπο, δίχως να απαντούν στα τηλέφωνα του κόσμου, να το κλείνουν για δήθεν τεχνικό θέμα. Υποτίθεται είναι εκεί να βοηθούν αλλά δεν προσφέρουν καθόλου βοήθεια που χρειάζεται ο καθένας μας . Η χειρότερη εταιρεία
You are just tragic. Without a way, without answering the phones of the people, to close it for a supposedly technical issue. They are supposed to be there to help but do not offer the help each of us needs. The worst company

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μόλις μου έστειλαν γνωστοποίηση έφεσης για δάνειο που πληρώνω ανελλιπώς 14 μήνες δίνοντας επιπλέον χρήματα κάθε φορά που μ' ενοχλούν. Στρέφονται ενάντια στην απόφαση του δικαστηρίου σχετικά με το νόμο Κατσέλη. Δεν έχω επικοινωνήσει μαζί τους. Θα τα πουν οι δικηγόροι μας. Στην τελική ας μην αγόραζαν τα δάνεια.
They just sent me a notice of appeal for a loan that I pay continuously for 14 months, giving extra money every time they bother me. They are against the court decision regarding the Katselis law. I have not contacted them. Our lawyers will say it. In the end let them not buy the loans.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν εχει καμια σχεση η εταιρεια απο τοτε που πουληθηκε στην Davidson Kempner με την εταιρεια που ηταν θυγατρικη της Alpha Bank. Απο ευγενικη και αξιοπιστη γινανε ελλεινα κορακια.
Με βγαλανε απο ρυθμιση που ειχα 5-6 χρονια και με πηγανε στα ποσα τον αρχικων συμβασεων με το ζορι, δηλαδη σχεδον πεντε φορες πανο, λες και η κριση 10 χρονων περασε και ο κορονοιος δεν ειχε αρνητικες επιπτοσης.
Οταν στελνεις e-mail η μονη "απαντηση" που παιρνεις ειναι να μην εκτυπονης γιατι χαλας το περιβαλλον.
Αν μπορουσα θα τους εβαζα μηδεν αστερια.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρνείται επιδεικτικά την εφαρμογή δικαστικών αποφάσεων. Παράνομα και καταχρηστικά τηλεφωνούν καθημερινά σε συνεπείς δανειολήπτες, ιδίως μέσω αυτοματοποιημένου συστήματος με καταιγισμό αναπάντητων κλήσεων στην οικία του φερόμενου -για εκείνους- «ληξιπρόθεσμου» οφειλέτη όπου ελλοχεύει ο κίνδυνος να προκληθεί στον δανειολήπτη ηθική βλάβη. Οι άδικες οχλήσεις ξεπερνούν κατά πολύ τα νομίμως οριζόμενα, αφού η εταιρεία καλεί καθημερινά και επανειλημμένα ακόμα και ώρες κοινής ησυχίας στις οικίες τους δημιουργώντας προβλήματα στην προσωπική-οικογενειακή και ψυχική τους κατάσταση.
He ostentatiously denies the application of court decisions. They illegally and abusively call consistent borrowers every day, especially through an automated system with a barrage of missed calls at the home of the alleged - for them - "overdue" debtor where there is a risk of causing moral damage to the borrower. The unjust harassment far exceeds the legally prescribed ones, since the company calls daily and repeatedly even hours of common quiet in their homes, creating problems in their personal-family and mental state.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σήμερα 28/02/2022 κάλεσα την εταιρεία Cepal Hellas για να μου ξεκαθαρίσουν ένα υπόλοιπο που φαινόταν στον λογαριασμό του δανείου ΜΟΥ, ενώ δεν ήταν το σωστό !
Είχα επιχειρήσει αρκετές φορές το τελευταίο δεκαήμερο, είχα αφήσει όνομα και τηλέφωνο αλλά...ακόμα θα περίμενα !
Τελικά σήμερα καταφερα να μιλησω με υπαλληλο, ενώ βλέπαμε τις ίδιες καταθέσεις τα ίδια ποσά να έχουν καταβληθεί από εμένα και το πρόγραμμα γεφυρα....το υπόλοιπο που μου έλεγαν δεν είχε καμία σχέση Μ αυτο που βγάζουν τα ποσά που είχαν κατατεθεί !
Αφού κάποιος κύριος που δυστυχώς δεν ήξερε να κάνει τη δουλειά του χρησιμοποιώντας γνώσεις αριθμητικής Δημοτικού δεν με εξυπηρέτησε με επιτυχία και ζήτησα τον προϊστάμενό του, αφού περίμενα 1 τέταρτο με συνέδεσε.
Η κυρία αυτή λοιπόν "ακολουθωντας" την ίδια γλώσσα ...Ούτε με βοήθησε ούτε ήθελε να με βοηθήσει αθροίζοντας όπως προείπα τα ποσά που έβλεπε για να μου δώσει το σωστό υπόλοιπο.
Σε κάποια στιγμή δε, μου είπε πως μακρυηγορώ γιατί έχει να εξυπηρετήσει και άλλο κόσμο.
Εν τέλει η εταιρεία είναι άκρως ακατάλληλη να διαχειριστεί με το προσωπικό που διαθέτει ακόμα και τις πιο απλές ερωτήσεις. Μένοντας στη διαχείριση των πελατών τη δεκαετία που δεν υπήρχε λογική από τέτοιου είδους εταιρείες ούτε καν η στοιχειώδης ευγένεια!
Ντροπή !!!!! Ντροπή που εμπιστεύονται και δεν εκπαιδεύουν σωστά το προσωπικό τους τέτοιου είδους εταιρείες.
Today 28/02/2022 I called the company Cepal Hellas to clarify a balance that appeared in the account of MY loan, while it was not the right one!
I had tried several times in the last ten days, I had left my name and phone but ... I would still wait!
Finally today I managed to talk to an employee, while we saw the same deposits the same amounts have been paid by me and the bridge program .... the rest they told me had nothing to do with what the amounts that had been deposited come out!
After a gentleman who unfortunately did not know how to do his job using elementary school arithmetic knowledge did not serve me successfully and I asked his boss, after waiting for a quarter he connected me.
So this lady "following" the same language ... She neither helped me nor wanted to help me by summing up as I said the amounts she saw to give me the right balance.
At one point, he told me that I was far-fetched because he had to serve other people.
In the end the company is extremely unsuitable to manage with staff that has even the simplest questions. Staying in customer management for a decade when there was no logic from such companies, not even the slightest courtesy!
Shame !!!!! Shame that they trust and do not properly train the staff of such companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have (had) a loan in Alpha Bank that is now handeled bu Cepal.
Down payment and interests are automatically withdrawn from my Alpha Bank account the lasst day of every month.
In the beginning of April they called me several times and said I had not paid the last deduction. I checked in my Alpha Bank and it was paid April 1st.
But, they had also tried to debit my account again April 4th.
Fortunately there was only a few Euros in the account but they took them.
I sent them an email with a copy of both transactions and asked what was the point with the transaction on the 4th. No answer.
However, now on the 26th april they credited my account with the amount they had taken April 1st minus the amount taken April 4th.
I really don't know what is happening.....and they don't reply to my emails.
