Βεβαίως ποτέ δεν ήρθε δεν μας ενημέρωσαν καν κ ποτε δεν σήκωσαν το τηλέφωνο. Απογοήτευση We ordered a lawn mower that never came and after many phone calls they promised to send it in three days. I	Ioannis Dermitzakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι κύριοι της Παναγροτικής μου πούλησαν ελαττωματικό εξοπλισμό και μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία δέχτηκαν να τον επιστρέψω (κάτι που έκανα άμεσα). Κι όμως εδώ και 7 εβδομάδες δε μου επιστρέφουν τα χρήματα! Τους παίρνω μια φορά τη βδομάδα και συνεχώς μου λένε πως "θα το φροντίσουν" όμως οι πράξεις τους το διαψεύδουν. Τελευταία μου ζήτησαν τον αριθμό μου για να "με ενημερώσουν", όμως όχι μόνο δε με κάλεσαν, αλλά πλέον δεν σηκώνουν και το τηλέφωνο. Εξαιρετικά αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. Ντροπή σας. - Οκτώβριος 2020: Μετά από επανηλειμμένες προσπάθειές μου, η επιστροφή των χρημάτων έγινε στις 21 Οκτωβρίου. The owners of Panagrotiki sold me defective equipment and after a telephone call they agreed to return it (something I did immediately). And yet for 7 weeks now my money has not been returned! I take them once a week and they keep telling me that "they will take care of it" but their actions deny it. Recently they asked for my number to "inform me", but not only did they not call me, but they no longer pick up the phone. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Same on you. - October 2020: After my repeated efforts, the refund was made on October 21.
