★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα την τοποθεσία τον Νοέμβριο, μπήκα μέσα στο χώρο υποδοχής και δεν με υποδέχτηκε κανένας. Κάθισα στον καναπέ περίπου για 40', υπήρχαν κάποιοι κύριοι οι οποίοι δουλεύαν εκεί, δεν μου έδωσαν καν σημασία, σαν να μην υπήρχα. Ε μετά από 40' αποφάσισα να φύγω. Ελλιπές customer service προφανώς. Το παράδοξο είναι ότι ενδιαφέρεσαι να αγοράσεις ένα προϊόν το οποίο κοστίζει χιλιάρικα και σου συμπεριφέρονται έτσι.
Μια άλλη φορά μετά από καμια 2 μήνες είπα να πάρω ένα τηλέφωνο για να ρωτήσω για ένα ανταλλακτικό και με το ζόρι μου απάντησε (το αφεντικό μάλλον) και βιαζόταν να μου το κλείσει λέγοντάς μου οτι έχω πελάτες τώρα (και εγώ τι είμαι;;;). Δεν θα τους συνιστούσα για κανένα λόγο.
Είχα πάει σε αντίστοιχο μαγαζί με mini bus (πάλι στον Ασπρόπυργο) και η υποδοχή ήταν εξαιρετική. Με υποδέχτηκε ένας υπάλληλος, μου έλυσε όλες τις απορίες, κράτησε τα στοιχεία, είδε για τι ενδιαφέρομαι και στο τέλος επικοινώνησε μαζί μου για να με ενημερώσει για τα προϊόντα τους.

I visited the site in November, entered the reception area and was not greeted by anyone. I sat on the couch for about 40 ', there were some gentlemen who worked there, they did not even pay attention to me, as if I did not exist. And after 40 'I decided to leave. Insufficient customer service obviously. The paradox is that you are interested in buying a product that costs thousands and you are treated that way.
Another time after about 2 months I said to pick up the phone to ask for a spare part and I was forced to answer (the boss probably) and he was in a hurry to close it telling me that I have customers now (and what am I ??? ). I would not recommend them for any reason.
I had gone to a similar shop by mini bus (again in Aspropyrgos) and the reception was excellent. An employee greeted me, answered all my questions, kept the details, saw what I was interested in and finally contacted me to inform me about their products.
Day and night.
