Έ	Έλενα Μπούνταλη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη μεταφορική, με την χειρότερη εξυπηρέτηση από το κατάστημα των Ιωαννίνων!! Αντιεπαγγελματική, ανάγωγη & αλαζονική συμπεριφορά από τους ιδιοκτήτες ( πατέρας και γιος ). Την επιλέξαμε για μεταφορά κρεβατιών, στρωμάτων και επίπλων κουζίνας, προκειμένου να γίνει μεταφόρτωση για παράδοςη σε χωριό των Ιωαννίνων. Το στρώμα ξέμεινε στο Αγρίνιο, λύση δε δινόταν από τους υπεύθυνους... > η απάντηση τους...και οι μόνες προτάσεις να το παραλάβουμε ήταν οι εξής: παραδοςη μια βδομάδα μετά, να επιβαρυνθούμε εμείς τα έξτρα έξοδα και η πιο συμφέρουσα για να μη ζημιωθεί η μεταφορική...να μας το δέσουν πάνω από το αμάξι για να το πάμε εμείς στο χωριό... Τον πάγκο κουζίνας τον στείλαμε με 4 πόδια και τον παραλάβαμε χωρίς ΚΑΝΕΝΑ πόδι και με ραγισμένο τον πάτο...Όταν αρχίσαμε να κάνουμε φασαρία και να ζητάμε τα κεκτημένα..άρχισε να απειλεί το προσωπικό της Αθήνας που μας εξυπηρέτησε με τον καλύτερο τροπο, λεγοντας.. >.. Τέλος ζητούσε επίμονα να του πούμε ποιος μας σύστησε σαν πελάτες στην μεταφορική του...και δεν του άρεσε που τον βρήκαμε μέσω internet..μας απειληςε Κιόλας ότι έχει κάμερες και μικρόφωνα στον εξωτερικό χώρο... Αλλά δε σκέφτηκε πως αυτό θα ήταν προς συμφέρον μας αν φτάναμε στον συνήγορο του πολίτη...ο καλός επιχειρηματίας φαίνεται στα δύσκολα..... The worst transport, with the worst service from the store in Ioannina !! Unprofessional, reductionist & arrogant behavior by the owners (father and son). We chose it for transporting beds, mattresses and kitchen furniture, in order to be uploaded for delivery to a village in Ioannina. The mattress ran out in Agrinio, no solution was given by the people in charge ... > their answer ... and the only suggestions to receive it were the following: delivery a week later, let us be charged the extra costs and the most advantageous so as not to damage the transport ... to tie it over our car so that we can take it to the village ... We sent the kitchen counter with 4 legs and we received it without ANY foot and with cracked the bottom ... When we started making a fuss and asking for the acquis..he started threatening the staff of Athens who served us in the best way, saying .. > .. Finally, he persistently asked us to tell him who introduced us as customers in his transport ... and he did not like that we found him via the internet..he even threatened us that he has cameras and microphones outside ... But he did not think that this would be to our interest if we reached the ombudsman ... the good businessman seems is in trouble .....

Χρησιμοποίησα την συγκεκριμένη μεταφορική για πραγματοποιήσω μια μετακόμιση και έμεινα απολύτως ευχαριστημένη. Την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! The best shipping! Flawless service, kind staff! Μακριά.... The definition of rudeness and bad professionalism. I sent a parcel with cash on delivery and although I was told that the next day I will get my money I finally got it after a week and after many lies etc. Away ....
