L	Lamprini Tsoukala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική και πολύ κοντά στα ωραιότερα σημεία της πόλης, η συννενόηση με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν απαράδεκτη. Μας χρέωσε άλλη τιμή από αυτή που είχαμε κανονίσει γιατί μας έδωσε άλλο δωμάτιο λόγω δικού του λάθους- δεν είχε υπολογίσει την κράτηση μας και την προκαταβολή που είχε καταβληθεί. Πέρα από αυτό, το μπαλκόνι του δωματίου ήταν ιδιαίτερα βρώμικο, οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια τρύπια, η ντουζιέρα βουλωνε με ελάχιστη ποσότητα νερού με αποτέλεσμα να πλημμυρίζει το μπάνιο και να μην υπάρχει σφουγγαρίστρα για να μαζέψουμε αυτά τα νερά. Η καθαρίστρια δεν επισκέφτηκε στις τρεις μέρες καθόλου το δωμάτιο παρά μόνο μια μέρα που ήμασταν ήδη μέσα και μπήκε χωρίς να χτυπήσει για να γεμίσει ένα κουβά. Γενικά κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Although the location is excellent and very close to the most beautiful parts of the city, consultation with the owner was unacceptable. He charged us a different price than we had arranged because he gave us another room due to his own mistake - he did not calculate our reservation and the deposit paid. Apart from that, the balcony of the room was very dirty, the towels and sheets were perforated, the shower was clogged with a minimal amount of water so that the bathroom was flooded and there was no mop to collect this water. The cleaner did not visit the room at all for three days, except for one day when we were already inside, and she entered without knocking to fill a bucket. Generally poor service.

Σκισμένες πετσέτες, κλιματιστικό που θέλει 1 ώρα για να λειτουργήσει, 1 κάρτα εισόδου σε 3κλινο δωμάτιο, στρώματα που πρέπει να κατασκευάστηκαν πριν την απελευθέρωση της Κρήτης, ανύπαρκτη ηχομόνωση.... Γενικά μία διδακτική εμπειρία, για κάποιον που θέλει να εκτιμήσει τα πράγματα που θεωρεί δεδομένα στην ζωή του!! Unfortunately, such companies should not have a license. Torn towels, air conditioner that needs 1 hour to work, 1 entrance card to a 3-bed room, mattresses that must have been made before the liberation of Crete, non-existent sound insulation .... Generally a teaching experience, for someone who wants to appreciate the things he takes for granted in his life !!

Matelas très dur sans alèse, draps "minimalistes", serviettes de bain déchirées, salle de bain inondable à cause de la douche et du rideau de bain inefficace. Oreiller qui sent le moisi, lumiere blafarde. Plus d'eau chaude le soir !! Le tout pour un prix de 37 euros la nuit. Impossible d'appeler les gérants, pourtant sympathiques. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude d'être exigeants mais le confort est nettement insuffisant pour ce prix. Disappointing room, uncomfortable. Very hard mattress without mattress, "minimalist" sheets, torn towels, bathroom flooded with shower and ineffective bath curtain. Pillow that smells musty, pale light. More hot water in the evening !! All for a price of 37 euros per night. Impossible to call the managers, however sympathetic. We are not used to being demanding but the comfort is clearly insufficient for this price.

A	Anna Kalt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owners of chania rooms are very very kind! The location is very central and for this the price is very good! The room and the bathroom was OK. But we can still really recommend it! Nice terrace on the roof top and nice restaurants nearby as well as the port.
A	Aldana Juárez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I stayed here two nights and enjoyed their rooftop terrace, their warm hospitality and their delicious homemade meals. Great service and friendly atmosphere! There was a useful tiny fridge in the room that help keep our water bottles cool.
