★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Panagia Kalamiotissa steht nicht weit von der Straße zum Leuchtturm Akritori entfernt. Eine Besichtigung ist, außer während des Gottesdienstes, möglich. Um angemessene Kleidung wird gebeten, also bitte nicht in Shorts und Bikini. (selbst gesehen!!)
The Panagia Kalamiotissa is not far from the road to the Akritori lighthouse. A visit is possible, except during the service. Appropriate clothing is requested, so please do not wear shorts and bikini. (seen yourself !!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η γυναίκα που μένει δίπλα στην εκκλησια, και αυτοθεωρειται υπεύθυνη - ιέρεια χαλάει όλη την όμορφη εικόνα Νομίζει πως είναι ιδιοκτησία της όλη η περιοχή , έως την θάλασσα. προφανώς θέλει μια καταγγελία στην πολεοδομία για όλες της αυθαιρεσίες που έχει κάνει σε όλο τον χώρο. Φαντάζομαι έχει και μια άριστη σχέση με το παγκαρι.... Κριμα γιατί αξίζει μια επίσκεψη.
The woman who lives next to the church, and considers herself responsible - a priestess spoils the whole beautiful image. She thinks that she owns the whole area, up to the sea. he obviously wants a complaint to the town planning for all the arbitrariness he has done throughout the area. I imagine it has an excellent relationship with the bar .... Too bad because it's worth a visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute quick stop on the water. If you love animals lots of puppies live here and some chickens and there little chicks. Great views and very scenic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love Oía (IA) but are feed up with the tens of thousands people squeezing and poseing for pictures head over here. You got similar surroundings with the typical santorini white and blue or yellow houses, old churches and a few restaurants. Here you can walk around and take your pictures without running into more then a handful of persons.
