★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Μια από τις καλύτερες παραλίες της Λακωνίας στη διάθεση των επισκεπτών. Χαλάρωση, ηρεμία. Απίστευτα καλαίσθητος κήπος και ιδιαίτερα φιλικός ο κύριος που διαχειρίζεται το κατάλυμα.
Όμως, είναι πανάκριβα για αυτά που προσφέρουν. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι κακοφτιαγμένα στη λογική του να χωρέσουν όσο γίνεται περισσότερα δωμάτια. Η εσωτερική σκάλα είναι extreme sport και δεν θα ήθελα καν να φανταστώ τη στιγμή που κάποιος πρέπει να τη κατέβει σε κατάσταση πανικού. Γενικότερα η υποδομή χρήζει ανακαίνισης. Τα έντομα είναι ένα σοβαρό θέμα, αλλά κατανοώ ότι είναι κάτι πάει πακέτο με την εξοχή.
Αν κόστιζε τα μισά απ' όσα κοστίζει θα ήταν μία πολύ καλή επιλογή.
 Great location. One of the best beaches in Laconia at the disposal of visitors. Relaxation, calm. Incredibly elegant garden and very friendly the owner who manages the accommodation.
But, they are very expensive for what they offer. The apartments are poorly made in the logic of accommodating as many rooms as possible. The indoor staircase is an extreme sport and I would not even imagine the moment when someone has to go down in a state of panic. In general, the infrastructure needs renovation. Insects are a serious issue, but I understand that it is something that goes hand in hand with the countryside.
If it cost half of what it costs it would be a very good choice.

Great choice for accommodation in the greater area of Mani. A beautiful base in a very good spot for exploring the area. In front of the houses is one of the most beautiful beaches of Mani. Ideal place for all ages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σε μία από τις τελευταίες ιδιωτικές παραλίες με υπέροχη θάλασσα τα σπιτάκια της Χαράς προσφέρουν ήσυχες διακοπές.Οι ιδιοκτήτες εξυπηρετικότατοι και φιλικοί μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε ότι είμαστε σαν το σπίτι μας.Τα παιδιά εκτίμησαν το ότι συνδέθηκαν στον λογαριασμό τους στο Netflix στην smart tv.
On one of the last private beaches with a beautiful sea, the houses of Chara offer a quiet vacation. The owners, very helpful and friendly, made us feel like we were at home. The children appreciated being connected to their Netflix account on smart tv.
