One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Nothing beats your own private sunset views away from the crowds. The service is excellent! Fully recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Oia!!!

MUST READ!!! 1st: Why Charisma? My friend stayed here and she highly recommended this place for my fiancé and I. So I came here with high expectations and trust me I was not disappointed!! 2nd: The suite. We got the master suite with private pool and oh my the view and the feeling just being there is unbelievable. The pool is heated so it feels really good to be in it when the weather gets slightly chilly. 3rd: The staff. You will experience one of the best staff period. I mean I already came with high expectations and they exceeded that. 4th: The size of the suite. You would think the rooms would be slightly on the smaller end but then you enter the room and be like, wow this is actually bigger than most suites you have stayed in. As you can see from the photos. 5th: The food. The breakfast and food is really really good, make sure to get the yogurt mix for breakfast, we got the low fat one with peanut butter and bananas and it is so delicious yet on the healthy side. Kind of like getting a pizza for yourself with Diet Coke lol 6th: The Sunset. People literally come from all parts of the island to reserve in restaurants or be on the historic castle, near by, lining up to be able to see the sunset. In Charisma suites you can see the sunset from your room, it is magical! If I am ever coming back to Santorini then I know where I am going to stay at!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at Charisma Suites as part of our honeymoon in October. Before getting to the hotel, we were asked if we needed a transfer from the port--to which we gladly accepted because ubers are not a thing in Santorini. A lovely driver with a range rover picked us up and drove us to the hotel, pointing out sites and giving suggestions along the way. Check-in with Peggy was extremely pleasant and our room was even upgraded! Peggy also arranged to have our bags brought down to our suite (considering how many stairs there are, this is extremely helpful). We were wondering if the rooms/ balconies would live up to the hype and they absolutely did! The pictures do not do it justice. The room was enormous and so well thought out. It just felt so welcoming and perfect for a honeymoon. The balcony and heated pool were fantastic. The sunsets are simply stunning–evidences by the fact that all of the sunset cruises come to watch the sunset in the harbor right in front of the hotel. The champagne receptions immediately after sunset were also a really nice touch. Finally, the breakfast was actually very tasty and served right on our balcony. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

My husband and I have returned from a stay at this hotel for 4 nights, for our first year anniversary and we would highly recommend. We stayed at the corner pool suite with the Caldera view. The staff were very friendly, attentive and accommodating to our every need and we do not believe that we would have had such a great and memorable experience in Oia if it was not for this impeccable client service that we received. At this hotel you call the reception when you would like the hotel room cleaned. The views that this hotel offers for sunset is breathtaking, whilst tourists look for a space on the street to see the sunset you can see this from the comfort of your balcony. After a day of trekking around Oia taking in the scenic views there was nothing better but to come back to our hotel to relax to the peaceful ambience. The hotel is local to all of the famous tourist spots by walking distance. One thing to note is whilst the plunge pool is heated this pool was very cold for us to use even in 16c weather and this was because it was very exposed but this did not dampen our experience because everything else exceeded our expectations at the hotel. The restaurants were not open because we went off season however the room service dinners and the continental breakfast was so tasty that we continued ordering dinner from the hotel. If you want to relax or mark a special event this is the place to be to make memories. Once again we would like to thank the staff at Charisma Suites for your fantastic customer service.

An incredible, luxe experience from start to finish. Amazing staff who were warm, welcoming, and who made you feel special. The rooms were magnificent, with stunning views. The location is PRIME, right at the northern tip of Oia, away from the crowds, and with pristine unperturbed sunset views. The breakfast service was such a treat to wake up to and the sunset viewing social with free bubbly was a lovely touch. When we return to Santorini, we are staying here again, no doubt about it!

Wow! We just spent three nights at Charisma. Everything was exceptional from the moment we were picked up at the airport in their Range Rover, to the wine and fruit tray waiting in our beautiful modern room, to the stunning views and the super-personalized service. Every staff person was the epitome of hospitality. Dimitri the driver, Raphaela in reception, Maria and Angela at the pool/restaurant, and the two strong young men who carried our 80 pounds of luggage up and down 120 stairs made our stay a delight. Yes, that's right, 120 stairs to get to our room... be aware that the hotel (and all others on Santorini) is built on the side of a cliff, so there are lots of stairs to climb no matter where you stay. We liked that Charisma is at the edge of Oia where things are quieter. Peaceful and relaxing!

We stayed at Charisma for our honeymoon and it was the best choice. Service was excellent. Anything we needed Peggy at the front desk took care of right away. Food was incredible. We looked forward to our breakfast everyday at our room. The entire resort was incredibly clean and just beautiful. This was our favorite hotel we stayed in while in Greece. Highly recommend.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. The views are unreal. The food is great. And the entire staff is so accommodating and helpful. Our room was so clean and beautiful. And there were so many amenities from the pool, to laundry service and private rides to and from the airport/ferries. This was the highlight of our honeymoon!
