★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα ανταλλακτικά Toyota από τον κ. Χατζηγιάννη και μου άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Πολύ καλή ποιότητα ανταλλακτικών σε λογικές τιμές. ¨Έψαχνα συγκεκριμένα ανταλλακτικά σε γνωστή ιστοσελίδα και έτυχε να τα έχει, οπότε επικοινώνησα μαζί του τηλεφωνικά. Εύκολη συννενόηση από τηλέφωνο όπου ήταν πάντα διαθέσιμος και απάντησε με ειλικρίνεια σε ότι ερώτηση είχα. Τηρήθηκε ότι συμφωνηθηκε τηλεφωνικά και με το παραπάνω. Αποστολή των ανταλλακτικών την ίδια μέρα, προσεκτικά συσκευασμένα και με ενημέρωση μέχρι την παράδοση στη μεταφορική. Επίσης, η μεταφορική που συνεργάζεται είναι οργανωμένη (επικοινώνησα μαζί τους και είχα άμεσα τις πληροφορίες που ζητούσα) με λογικές τιμές και χρόνους παράδωσης (παραγγελία Παρασκευή και Τρίτη τα ανταλλακτικά στην Αθήνα). Τα ανταλλακτικά τα φοράει το αμάξι σχεδόν 3 μήνες, χωρίς πρόβλημα. Γενικά συνάντησα επαγγελματισμό, ευγένεια και διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης σε όλα τα στάδια (από παραγγελία μέχρι παραλαβή του δέματος).
I bought Toyota spare parts from Mr. Hatzigiannis and he left me the best impressions. Very good quality spare parts at reasonable prices. I was looking for specific spare parts on a well-known website and he happened to have them, so I contacted him by phone. Easy communication by phone where he was always available and answered honestly to any question I had. It was observed that it was agreed by phone with the above. Shipping of spare parts on the same day, carefully packaged and updated until delivery to the shipping company. Also, the transport company that cooperates is organized (I contacted them and I immediately had the information I requested) with reasonable prices and delivery times (order Friday and Tuesday spare parts in Athens). The spare parts are worn by the car for almost 3 months, without any problem. In general, I met professionalism, courtesy and a willingness to serve at all stages (from ordering to receiving the parcel).
