Το Elisavet Fashion School Athens ξεκίνησε στην πρώτη του μορφή το 2013 ως Elli Σχολείο Ραπτικής.
Η δημιουργός του και έμπειρη δασκάλα του τωρινού EFSA, Ελισάβετ Χατζοπούλου, αναγνώρισε μία μεγάλη ανεκπλήρωτη ανάγκη στην ελληνική αγορά και δημιούργησε ένα φιλόξενο χώρο στον οποίο γυναίκες όλων των ηλικιών θα μπορούσαν να ανακαλύψουν την τέχνη της μόδας, ράβοντας τα δικά τους ρούχα, εύκολα και οικονομικά.
Ως φυσική εξέλιξη, αυτή η ιδέα άνθισε και μετά από τρία χρόνια επιτυχούς πορείας, δημιουργήθηκαν νέες ανάγκες ανέλιξης. Ο αριθμός των μαθητριών αυξήθηκε, τα τμήματα μεγάλωσαν και με αυτό το ρυθμό την άνοιξη του 2016, το Elli Σχολείο Ραπτικής άλλαξε ταυτότητα, μετονομάστηκε σε Elisavet Fashion School Athens, μετακόμισε πιο κεντρικά, στην πλατεία Ψυρρή στο Μοναστηράκι και αναβαθμίστηκε ολοκληρωτικά.
Η καλύτερη υλική υποδομή και ο ανανεωμένος χώρος επέτρεψαν στο ΕFSA να προσφέρει ποιοτικότερες και πιο ολοκληρωμένες υπηρεσίες μόδας σε μεγαλύτερο αριθμό ατόμων, πάντα με έμφαση στην πρακτική εφαρμογή.
Μετά από μία επιτυχημένη πενταετή πορεία στη διδασκαλία μόδας, το EFSA λανσάρει το φθινόπωρο του 2018 τη ΣΧΟΛΗ ΕΠΑΓΓΕΛΜΑΤΙΚΗΣ ΦΟΙΤΗΣΗΣ με ολοκληρωμένη εκμάθηση των τριών βασικών στοιχείων του χώρου της μόδας: Σχέδιο Μόδας, Πάτρόν και Ραπτική.
Για εκείνους που θέλουν να ασχοληθούν επαγγελματικά με το αντικείμενο της μόδας ή επιθυμούν να αποκτήσουν τις κατάλληλες βάσεις και να συνεχίσουν τις σπουδές τους σε οποιαδήποτε σχολή μόδας στο εξωτερικό.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήμουν προκατειλημμένη σχετικά με την διαδικτυακή διδασκαλία μέχρι που έγινα μέλος της ομάδας που παρακολουθεί μαθήματα πατρόν με δασκάλα την κ Ελισσάβετ Χατζοπούλου. Όχι μόνο άλλαξα γνώμη για τις δυνατότητες που έχει ένα σωστό και εμπνευσμένο μάθημα από το διαδίκτυο αλλά κάθε φορά που σκέφτομαι ή καταπιάνομαι με την ραπτική ή το πατρόν με τον ένα ή τον άλλο τρόπο, ευγνωμονώ την τύχη μου και την κρίση μου που διάλεξα την συγκεκριμένη σχολή, μια και που είμαι σε θέση να κάνω σύγκριση. Και η μεγαλύτερη διαφορά είναι ότι αυτά που διδασκόμαστε είναι φιλτραρισμένα μέσα από την εμπειρία της μοδίστρας με αποτέλεσμα οι εργασίες μας να μη παραμένουν ασκήσεις επί χάρτου, αλλά ρούχα που μπορεί ίσως κάποτε να μας απογοητεύσουν, κάποτε να ικανοποιήσουν την δημιουργικότητά μας, να μας ενθουσιάσουν, να διανθίσουν την γκαρνταρόμπα μας, αλλά σίγουρα πάντα θα εμπλουτίσουν την γνώση μας για το πατρόν και θα μας δώσουν τροφή για περαιτέρω δημιουργικές ιδέες.
 I was biased about online teaching until I became a member of the team that attends patron lessons with teacher Elissavet Hatzopoulou. Not only did I change my mind about the possibilities of a good and inspiring internet lesson but every time I think or start sewing or patterning in one way or another, I am grateful for my luck and my judgment in choosing this particular school, since I am able to make a comparison. And the biggest difference is that what we teach is filtered through the experience of a seamstress so that our work does not remain exercises on paper, but clothes that may sometimes disappoint us, sometimes satisfy our creativity, excite us, to embellish our wardrobe, but they will definitely always enrich our knowledge of the pattern and give us food for further creative ideas.

Mrs. Elisavet, owner and sewing teacher of EFSA, is explaining the art of sewing in detail and helping the students with thorough videos through the e-learning platform, as well as in person teaching hours.
