Επίσης, αν κ άργησα για κάποιες ώρες λόγω καθυστέρησης δεν μου χρέωσαν επιπλέον ώρα. Awesome service, right professionals! They took me to the airport (and took me back) very quickly. Είχαμε καθυστέρηση στη ώρα άφιξης μας κι είχαν ενημερωθεί κι επικοινώνησαν για να μην αγχωθούμε. ΣΥΓΧΑΡΗΤΉΡΙΑ. Σίγουρα θα σας ξαναπροτιμήσουμε. Τι να πω για τη συνέπεια, αρχικώς μας καλέσανε δύο μέρες νωρίτερα για το όλα καλώς, το παλικάρι που μας υποδέχθηκε και δε θυμάμαι το όνομά του ευγενέστατος, δε μας άφησε να σηκώσουμε βαλίτσα μόνοι μας, το βανάκι που μας μετέφερε καινούριο και πάνω από όλα πεντακάθαρο, στην επιστροφή ήταν ενήμερος για την πτήση μας και μας κάλεσε πριν να επιβιβαστούμε στο αεροπλάνο. τον καλέσαμε μόλις φτάσαμε στο αεροδρόμιο και μέχρι να βγούμε από το κτίριο είχε έρθει με το ερκοντίσιον στο φουλ ήταν και μέρες καύσωνα 02/07/21. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα! οικονομική τιμή, ευγενεια, συνέπεια, καθαριότητα, δε ξέρω τι άλλο να ζητήσει κανείς για τέτοιου είδους παροχή. Δυστυχώς η πραγματικότητα ήταν πολύ διαφορετική.... Αναμονή για 1 ώρα και 15 λεπτά για να εξυπηρετηθούμε κατά την επιστροφή (12 το βράδυ, 2 οικογένειες), καθώς υπήρχε μόνο 1 οδηγός για όλους τους πελάτες. Αν και η εταιρεία γνώριζε ήδη τον αυξημένο φόρτο αλλά και τον προγραμματισμό των επιστροφών των πελατών της, δεν έκανε τίποτε για αυτό (πχ επιπλέον οδηγό για να καλύψει την ανάγκη). Η κατάσταση ήταν τραγική, και για τον λόγο αυτό υπήρξαν και αρκετοί διαπληκτισμοί με τους πελάτες... Ο επαγγελματίας που αξίζει 5 αστέρια φαίνεται όταν υπάρχει πραγματική ανάγκη και πίεση, και όχι όταν όλα είναι χαλαρά.... Προφανώς δεν πρόκειται να την ξαναχρησιμοποιήσω, θα πρότεινα το ίδιο και για εσάς , ειδικά σε περιόδους αυξημένης κίνησης The choice of this parking lot was made for the Easter holidays, based on the good reviews that existed.
