We received a lot of nice menus to choose from, as well as Chef helped us with the wine delivery and match it to the menu. We had great time and I would highly recommend this chef! He combines top regional products with flair and - at the same time - relaxing simplicity . Our first dinner was a series of high-level traditional dishes, all of them with a modern and innovative twist. For our second dinner he presented us with a more rustic choice: crisp salad leaves, fresh cheese and carob sirup followed by the most tender lamb that had been roasted for hours on a bed of vines...we could not decide which dinner was better!
