★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η υπεύθυνη του καταστήματος ήταν αγενέστατη και εξαιρετικά παρεμβατική όχι μόνο με το προσωπικό αλλά και με τους πελάτες (!). Το ύφος της και τα προσβλητικά της σχόλια απέναντι μου με έκαναν να νιώσω πολύ άσχημα, ευτυχώς οι υπηρεσίες των εργαζομένων - Βάσια (ημιμόνιμο μσνικιούρ) και Ειρήνη (σχηματισμός φρυδιών) - ήταν άριστες. Ακόμα, δεν υπάρχει πινακίδα εξωτερικά του κτηρίου και της πόρτας και σε συνδυασμό με την απουσία πελατών δίνεται η εντύπωση της εγκατάλειψης.
Λόγω της υπευθύνου δε θα ξαναεπισκεφτώ το Ινστιτούτο.
 The store manager was very offensive and extremely interfering not only with the staff but also with the customers (!). Her style and offensive comments made me feel really bad, thankfully the staff services - Vassia (semi-permanent mascurist) and Peace (eyebrow formation) - were excellent. Still, there is no sign outside the building and the door, and in combination with the absence of customers gives the impression of abandonment.
Due to the person in charge I will not visit the Institute again.
