Λειτουργεί για την εκπαίδευση παιδιών που είναι απροστάτευτα και στερούνται οικογενειακής φροντίδας. Ευρίσκεται πάνω στο δρόμο από το Δελβινακι προς /στην Πωγωνιανη του νομού Ιωαννίνων και το κτίριο που στεγάζεται, είναι αρκετά καλαίσθητο.
 Founded in 1923 and donated by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation in 2010, a car was purchased for the needs of the logistics center, the creation of a computer lab and the replacement of desks. It works to educate children who are unprotected and deprived of family care. Situated on the road from Delvinaki to Pogoniani in the prefecture of Ioannina and the building being housed is quite tasteful.
