180/5000 Welcome was not friendly and waiters too "professional". Food overall good, but prices higher than the average (a grilled octopus tentacle for 13,50 euros!), quite slow the service. I will not go there anymore, there are better restaurants.

A nice spot in Zouberi for eating. Don't miss the amazing selection of top quality cakes and desserts.

When Χειμώνα Καλοκαίρι decided to expand with this cafe/sweet shop I was delighted because I've always loved the restaurant's desserts. I wasn't disappointed. It's a cute little shop, with a variety of options on the menu (both sweet and savoury as well as snacks), and it's a favourite of mine as far as similar shops in the area go. The service is always great, the flavours are delicious, and its a very nice addition to the area.

Nice indoors or out, pretty garden. Good savory food, but outstanding sweets. Service could be a little friendlier, but no complaints. Families might consider combining a visit with a trip to the cycle park 300m away, where kids can cycle on simulated roads in a very large enclosed area, complete with mock signposts and other playground features (swings, climbing, etc). Highly recommended if you're in the area.

This is one of the best restaurants in Nea Makri. Cozy in the winter with a fireplace and nice outside garden seating for the summer. Good food and wine selection, excellent deserts! I deduct one star because they do not enforce the no smoking rule indoors!

Those in the know, are aware that the couple that owns this restaurant are the sister and assistant of a famous Greek pastry chef, and while the dessert menu at the end is something to save space for, it is not the only worthy thing. First off all, the restaurant itself: it's rarely that I find one such restaurant, that is so clean and strict with regulations regarding not only sanitation, but fire safety as well. The tables have enough space for patrons to move around freely and not bump into chairs while doing so. It feels cozy, and casual, but not stuffy and over capacity. And it is equally family friendly, for large groups of friends, or even for a date (table for two). The menu includes many staples from around the Mediterranean, including some from Asia Minor and Istanbul (Constantinople), and there's both red meat and fish plates avaliable. You should also pay close attention to the daily menu, which is comprised of materials that are in season. The salads are fresh and it shows, and if I have to be critical about something at all, it would be the amount of olive oil in them, which is almost (but not completely) drowning the vegetables. All in all, I believe I have found a new place for my family's Sunday lunch, and will definitely be coming back time and again to taste the rest of the menu!

Garden area was very pleasant. Dogs are allowed. Food, on the whole was ok, but nothing special. Cod was well cooked, but the cabbage and carrot salad was bland. The service wasn't great. The waiter forget a simple request for vinegar, so I had to ask another waiter.. They gave us 1 bottle of water between 8 people, so we had to ask for another bottle. And at the end of the meal we were charged for 4 bottles of water. It's expensive for what they are serving which is average to good quality food. But I've had much better, for less.
