Έχω εξυπηρετηθεί και στο παρελθόν στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα χωρίς κανένα παράπονο, όμως θεωρώ ότι οι υπάλληλοί μας είναι εικόνα της επιχείρησής μας. Παρά το γεγονός ότι ένα πρόβλημα υγείας δεν μου επιτρέπει να στέκομαι όρθια και φορτωμένη, αποφάσισα να πάω στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα πριν από μισή ώρα κρατώντας κάποιες τσάντες από το σούπερ μάρκετ. Ρώτησα ποιος είναι ο τελευταίος στη σειρά και στάθηκα πίσω του και σε απόσταση όπως είμαι υποχρεωμένη.Μπροστά η υπάλληλος εξυπηρετούσε κάποιες κυρίες οι οποίες είχαν έρθει να πληρώσουν λογαριασμούς. Η μία εκ των δύο έφυγε και η δεύτερη κάθισε ακριβώς μπροστά στο γκισέ κολλητά στους υπόλοιπους πελάτες -για πάνω από τρεις συναλλαγές- κάτι το οποίο απαγορεύεται αφενός λόγω covid αφετέρου δεν είμαστε υποχρεωμένοι να ανοίγουμε τις τσάντες και τα πορτοφόλια μας με έναν άγνωστο κολλημένο επάνω μας. Επίσης οι υπάλληλοι -παρά το γεγονός ότι βρίσκονται πίσω από το τζάμι- από τη στιγμή που αυτό έχει άνοιγμα και μιλάνε μπροστά στο πρόσωπό μας, είναι υποχρεωμένοι να φορούν τη μάσκα τους όπως ακριβώς και εμείς. Όταν πια ήρθε η σειρά μου να εξυπηρετηθώ είχε ήδη περάσει μπροστά κάποιος κύριος παρακάμπτοντας μας, χωρίς να ρωτήσει κανέναν. Του επισήμανα με ευγενικό τρόπο ότι έχει παρακάμψει τη σειρά και θα πρέπει να περιμένει και προς τιμή του ζήτησε συγνώμη οπότε και του είπα να προχωρήσει στην συναλλαγή του για να μπορέσουμε να προχωρήσουμε και εμείς. Εκείνη τη στιγμή επενέβη η υπάλληλος σας η οποία με εριστικό ύφος φώναξε τον κύριο και του είπε να πάει να τον εξυπηρετήσει, λέγοντας τρεις φορές με ειρωνικό τόνο ότι δεν έγινε και τίποτα. Στο ίδιο ύφος συνέχισε και κατά την συναλλαγή μας αργότερα με την κυρία με τους λογαριασμούς κολλημένη επάνω μου. Εν κατακλείδι να μάθετε να σέβεστε τους πελάτες σας γιατί από αυτούς βιοπορίζεστε, να μάθετε να σέβεστε τα μέτρα τα οποία έχουν επιβληθεί από το κράτος για την υγεία μας και να έχετε την ταπεινοφροσύνη να μην βγάζετε από το μυαλό σας συμπεράσματα του στυλ ποιος μπορεί να περιμένει και ποιος όχι, ποιος μπορεί να στέκεται όρθιος και ποιος όχι γιατί δεν ξέρετε τίποτα για τους άλλους. I politely pointed out to him that he has bypassed the turn and he will have to wait and in his honor he apologized so I told him to proceed with his transaction so that we can proceed as well. At that moment your servant intervened and shouted at the master and told him to go and serve him, saying three times in an ironic tone that nothing had happened. He continued in the same style during our transaction later with the lady with the bills stuck on me. In conclusion, learn to respect your customers because you make a living from them, learn to respect the measures imposed by the state for our health and have the humility not to draw from your mind conclusions of the style who can expect and who does not, who can stand and who can not because you know nothing about others.
