★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο υπάρχει στο Ηράκλειο. Έκανα παραγγελία, η οποία έκανε να έρθει 1+ωρες.Προφανως και δεν την παρέλαβα. Τηλεφωνησαμε για να ρωτήσουμε γιατί τόσος χρόνος αναμονής και η συμπεριφορά ήταν άθλια από την υπάλληλο. Γενικά πολύ άσχημη συμπεριφορά για δικό τους λάθος, υπερβολικά πολύ αναμονή για ένα καφέ και ένα σάντουιτς. Εννοείται πως δεν θα ξανα πάρω απ τις συγκεκριμένες καφετέριες.
Υ.Γ χαλαρώστε λίγο, υπάρχουν πολύ καλύτερα καταστήματα από εσάς στο
Ηράκλειο. Βάλτε κάνα παραπάνω διανομέα γιατί δεν σας βλεπω καλά.
What is worse in Heraklion. I placed an order, which took 1 + hours to arrive. Obviously I did not receive it. We called to ask why so much waiting time and behavior was miserable by the clerk. Generally very bad behavior for their own mistake, too much waiting for a coffee and a sandwich. Of course I will not take from the specific cafes again.
PS Relax a bit, there are much better stores than you at
Heraklion. Put some more distributor because I do not see you well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετα απο μια ωρα και ενα τεταρτο ηρθε ο καφες .νερο λες και ηταν αποπλημα. .δεν ειναι υπεύθυνο το ντιλιβερι που εμεις θα του φωναξουμε οτι αργησε...οσο για την υπεύθυνη της αλικαρνασου απαραδεκτη και αγενης...επικοινώνησα μαζι της και μου το εκλεισε στα μουτρα με προφαση οτι ηθελε να καλεσειι κάποιο αλλον ντιλιβερι... απαιτούσε απο το ανθρωπο να παει παραγγελία στη παπανδρεου και οχι σε εμενα που είμαι στα εκατο μετρα...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλός ο καφές αλλά ορισμένοι ντελιβεραδες είναι αγενεστατοι!!! Μόλις χάσανε παραγγελίες τηλεφωνικές.... αν περνάω απ έξω καλώς αλλιώς παραγγελία από άλλο μαγαζί...
The coffee is good but some deliverables are rude !!! They just lost orders by phone .... if I go outside well otherwise order from another store ...
