She told me that she does not want to do it because it can ruin the manicure faster (which I have not been told before and I told her that I have done semi-permanent in the same way and they did not suffer anything), and although I told her that I do not mind I take it on myself not only did she write me and she did not do it even though I told her and I told her again, but she also spoke to me in style afterwards, as if she was holding my face. In the photo you can see the nail that broke, and the fact that she did not do what I asked her to do, that is, to leave a gap on the sides of the nails. I had also asked her for a sharper shape and she made it quite round for me. When a customer asks you for something, even if you consider it "unorthodox", you warn them of the consequences and then do what they ask you, you do not talk to them either abruptly or ignore them. Completely unprofessional all this, a pity.
