M	Manon CARNEIRO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très jolie chambre avec une terrasse agréable. Les hôtes sont agréables bien que le monsieur soit un peu rugueux :) Nous n'avons pu dormir qu'une nuit sur deux réservées dans la chambre suite à un problème de salle de bain, l'hôte nous a gentiment logé dans un autre hôtel de l'île qui malheureusement n'était pas aussi bien mais nous avons apprécié le geste. Very nice room with a pleasant terrace. The hosts are pleasant although the gentleman is a bit rough :) We were only able to sleep one night out of two reserved in the room due to a bathroom problem, the host kindly accommodated us in another hotel on the island which unfortunately was not as good but we appreciated the gesture.

M	Maria Merzioti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μειναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με το δωμάτιο. Είχε ιδιωτική βεράντα και θέα στη θάλασσα ακριβώς έτσι όπως μου είχαν πει στο τηλέφωνο. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο. Παρότι είναι ακριβώς δίπλα στον Μύλο (μπαρ), τα τζάμια αλουμινίου πρόσφεραν απόλυτη ηχομόνωση. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα. We were very happy with the room. It had a private terrace and sea view just as I was told on the phone. Completely renovated. Although it is right next to the Mill (bar), the aluminum windows offered absolute sound insulation. We highly recommend it.
Α	Αφροδίτη Κ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τα αστεράκια πάνε στην εξαιρετική αυτή τοποθεσία, δίπλα στο λιμάνι, που σου επιτρέπει να πάρεις όποιον δρόμο θέλεις. Η μία πλευρά οδηγεί στη χώρα και στα μαγαζιά και η άλλη σε μια ήρεμη βόλτα δίπλα στη θαλασσα αν θέλεις να χαλαρώσεις. Η καθαριότητα ωστόσο ήταν μέτρια και η υποδοχή σε γενικές γραμμές καλή όμως μπορεί να βελτιωθεί. Ήταν η πρώτη μου εμπειρία στο νησί, δεν είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα επέλεγα ξανά το συγκεκριμένο καταλυμα. The stars go to this great location, next to the port, which allows you to take any road you want. One side leads to the country and the shops and the other to a quiet walk by the sea if you want to relax. The cleanliness, however, was mediocre and the reception in general good but can be improved. It was my first experience on the island, I'm not sure I would choose this accommodation again.
D	Demy Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό αλλά η συμπεριφορά του κ. Δημήτρη ήταν επιεικως απαράδεκτη. Είχαμε ένα πρόβλημα με την πόρτα κ χρειαστηκαμε την βοήθεια του να την κλειδώσουμε αργά το βράδυ. Εκείνος αφού μας έκλεισε το τηλ απότομα, ήρθε νευριασμένος κ γενικά ο τρόπος που μας μίλησε ήταν ειρωνικός και υπεροπτικος. Καλό θα είναι αυτές οι συμπεριφορές να αναφέρονται στις κριτικές ενός καταλύματος μιας και μια από τις βασικές αρχες της σωστής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών είναι η ευγένεια- κάτι το οποίο στερείτο ο συγκεκριμένος κύριος. The room was clean but Mr. Dimitris' behavior was leniently unacceptable. We had a problem with the door and needed his help to lock it late at night. After he hung up the phone abruptly, he came angry and in general the way he spoke to us was ironic and arrogant. It would be good to have these behaviors mentioned in the reviews of an accommodation as one of the basic principles of good customer service is courtesy - something that this gentleman lacked.

Ο κύριος δεν μας βοήθησε με τις αποσκευές γιατί περίμενε 4 άτομα όπως μας είπε, και απλά μας εξηγουσε πού είναι το δωμάτιο μας από το λιμάνι που τον πετύχαμε με πολύ αφιλόξενο τρόπο. Δεν μας υποδέχτηκε κανείς άλλος, βρήκαμε μόνοι μας το δωμάτιο μέχρι την άλλη μέρα το πρωί που μιλήσαμε με την κυρία και μας εξυπηρετήσε πολύ φιλικά . Τα δωμάτια αρκετά καλά κ καθαρά αλλά με τέτοια συμπεριφορά από την αρχή, σε προδιαθέτει αρνητικά. Unfortunately we did not have the best reception. The gentleman did not help us with the luggage because he was waiting for 4 people as he told us, and he was just explaining to us where our room is from the port which we reached in a very inhospitable way. No one else welcomed us, we found the room ourselves until the next morning when we talked to the lady and she served us very friendly. The rooms are quite good and clean but with such behavior from the beginning, it predisposes you negatively.
f	fani biz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαριότητα μέτρια, ο κύριος που μας υποδέχτηκε κάθε άλλο παρά φιλόξενος……. μας περίμενε στο λιμάνι με το βαν δεν σήκωσε ουτε μια σακκουλιτσα να μας βοηθήσει και το καλύτερο , όχι δεν μας είπε καν ένα καλωσηρθατε αλλά ουτε έστω ένα γεια σας :/ κατά τ’αλλα με το που φτάσαμε στο δωμάτιο ζητήσαμε να μας αλλάξει μια πετσέτα που έχει κάτι επάνω σαν ζουζουνι και μας ζήτησε να του δείξουμε που ακριβώς είναι βρώμικη η πετσέτα και στο τέλος μας είπε « για να λέμε την αλήθεια η πετσέτα δεν είναι βρώμικη απλά είχε κάτι πάνω…». αντί να πει βεβαίως κ συγνώμη ….… καλά για καλημέρα σας καληνύχτα σας δεν το συζητώ… για τόσα χρήματα θα έπρεπε να είναι πιο επαγγελματίες στην συμπεριφορά τους. Very good location, mediocre cleanliness, the gentleman who welcomed us was anything but hospitable ……. he was waiting for us at the port with the van, he did not pick up a single bag to help us and the best, no, he did not even tell us a welcome but not even a hello: / otherwise when we got to the room we asked him to change a towel that has something on it like a bug and he asked us to show him exactly where the towel is dirty and at the end he told us "to tell the truth the towel is not dirty he just had something on… ". instead of of course saying sorry….… well good morning oh good night I am not discussing it… for so much money they should be more professional in their behavior.
