★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αξιόλογοι άνθρωποι και επαγγελματίες!! Τα καλύτερα έχω να πω για την Έλενα και την Γεωργία. Πολύ βοηθητικές, ευγενικές και χαμογελαστές. Δεν έβρισκα εισητήρια για Μυτιλήνη και μέσα σε λίγη ώρα κατάφεραν και μου βρήκαν και αύριο ταξιδεύω!!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ το γραφείο !! Το καλύτερο ταξιδιωτικό πρακτορείο στην Αθήνα ! Ευχαριστώ πολύ για όλα :)))
Remarkable people and professionals !! I have the best to say about Elena and Georgia. Very helpful, polite and smiling. I could not find tickets for Mytilene and within a short time they managed to find me and I will travel tomorrow !!! Thank you very much the office !! The best travel agency in Athens! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί!! Εδώ και 10 χρόνια βγάζω τα εισιτήρια μου μόνο εδώ και ξέρω πως θα με βοηθήσουν να βρω τα σωστά δρομολόγια, τις πιθανές εκπτώσεις, κλπ, κλπ. Δεν είχα ποτέ κανένα πρόβλημα. Άψογοι!
Very kind and helpful !! For 10 years I have been selling my tickets only here and I know that they will help me find the right itineraries, possible discounts, etc, etc. I have never had any problems. Flawless!

Μόλις με ενημέρωσαν από το πρακτορείο ότι για ακύρωση ακτοπλοϊκών εισιτηρίων open χρειάζονται τα φυσικά εισιτήρια-αποκόμματα. Τα συγκεκριμένα εισιτήρια τα είχα κόψει ηλεκτρονικά και τα είχα πληρώσει μέσω χρεωστικής κάρτας. Τους πρότεινα να τους τα στείλω με ηλεκτρονικό ταχυδρομείο καθώς και ότι άλλο χρειάζονται και μου είπαν ότι αυτό δε γίνεται.Το 2022 δηλαδή που όλα γίνονται πια ηλεκτρονικά όταν είναι να σου επιστρέψουν χρήματα σε υποβάλλουν σε απίστευτη ταλαιπωρία. Συγχαρητήρια παίρνετε μηδέν στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
Zero customer service.
I was just informed by the agency that for cancellation of open ferry tickets you need the physical tickets-excerpts. I had cut the specific tickets electronically and paid for them with a debit card. I suggested that I send them by e-mail as well as whatever else they need and they told me that this is not possible. Congratulations you get zero in customer service.

I have been using their services for more than 15 years, flying on business between Europe and the United States and all around the world. Most recently (March 2020) I was stranded vacationing in the BVI due to flight cancellations and airport closings. They were with me every single day for hours, trying to sort through possible routes, eventually getting me back home with minimal fuss and cost. It's so great to know that, no matter what happens, you have a team back home working hard won your behalf. Thank you Barbara and Eleni!
