★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There was a massive delay on the main dish and no real explanation was given for the delay. It was 1 large fish for 3 people and it took them 1 and a half hour to bring it out.
When asked about this delay, the waiter that brought it out said that it usually took around 45 minutes minimum and only gave a vague reason for the double the minimum time delay. He said it might have been an issue with the cleaning process before the cooking, but why would that take so long that it explains this delay and if it did, why was the customer not informed of the delay before hand.
What makes this worse, is the fact that for the 2 hours that we were there, we were the only customers. They had no other tables to serve that would make them busy and unable to complete our order in time or inform us of delays. Adding to that, the pricetag of 120€ for the fish should not come with such sloppy service.
The customer can ask about delays if they want, but the restaurant should keep their customers happy and take the initiative to inform them of any issues with their food.
Besides this, the food was nice and the location was good.

We also had some burgers for the kids which weren't so good but they specialise in fish so it's OK.

The pizza ? in the wood oven was excellent ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this restaurant twice. Both times had delicious and reasonably priced food and drinks. Free small appetiser and free dessert too. We will definitely go back next time we visit Thessaloniki.
