M	Maria Pitoura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν είχα σκοπό να αιτιολογήσω τη χαμηλή μου βαθμολογία αλλά μετά από τηλεφώνημα απο τους ιδωκτητες που μας ζητούσαν τον λόγο για το ένα αστερι αποφάσισα να το κάνω. Αρχικά να αναφέρω ότι το παιδί μου δεν έχει γραφτεί στον παιδικό σταθμό,πηγαμε εκει μετα απο καλες συστασεις που ειχαμε.Ο χώρος φαινεται ομορφος μικρος κ περιποιημενος,οποτε δεν έχει να κάνει με το περιβάλλον αλλά κατά κύριο λόγο με τους επιχειρηματίες. Πηγαμε μια φορά για να δούμε τον σταθμό με τον σύζυγό μου κ μετά μια φορά ο σύζυγος μου με το παιδί για πολύ λιγο για να δούμε κ το παιδί πως θα αντιδράσει μιας κ είναι η πρώτη φορά που θα πάει παιδικό σταθμο. Στην πρώτη μας από κοντα επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια που ήταν στις πολύ αρχές Μαΐου,αν θυμάμαι καλά, συζητήσαμε κ μας ενημέρωσε για όλες τις παροχές του σταθμού κ μας είπε στο τέλος ότι καλό θα ήταν το παιδί να γραφτεί από τον Ιούλιο να έρθει έναν μήνα κανονικά για προσαρμογή,τον Αύγουστο κλείνει ο σταθμός κ να ξεκινήσει πάλι κανονικά τον Σεπτέμβρη.Ειπαμε θα το σκεφτούμε κ θα πάρουμε τηλ.να πούμε τι αποφασίσαμε. Όντως μετά από κάποιες μέρες ξαναεπικοινωνησαμε με την επιχείρηση κ είπαμε ότι δεν ενδιαφερόμαστε για τον Ιουλίο γτ θεωρούμε ότι από το κενό που μεσολαβεί τον Αύγουστο το παιδί θα ξαναθελει πάλι προσαρμογή τον Σεπτέμβρη,οπότε για εμάς δεν έχει νόημα όλο αυτό.Ας ξεκινήσει σιγά σιγά τον Σεπτέμβρη.Παρολαυτα θέλαμε να κλείσουμε την θέση για να είμαστε εξασφαλισμενοι για τον Σεπτέμβρη. Εδώ ξεκινάει κ το καλό.Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας είπε ότι δεν υπάρχει θέμα να γραφτούμε από τώρα κ καλύτερα να ξαναεπικοινωνησουμε προς τα τέλη Μαΐου μιας κ θέλαμε μέσω ΕΣΠΑ κ οτι δεν υπαρχει κανενα θεμα.Μην γνωρίζοντας κ εμείς είπαμε ότι για να μας το λέει η ιδιοκτήτρια προφανώς ξέρει κάτι παραπάνω. Πήραμε χθες τηλέφωνο για να δώσουμε τα χαρτιά κ να κλείσουμε τη θέση κ μας είπε ότι οι θέσεις έχουν συμπληρωθεί!Της υπενθύμισε ο σύζυγος μου τα λεγόμενα της που υποτίθεται δεν θυμόταν κ είπε ότι ε αφού μας πήραν για θέσεις για τον Ιούλιο είχαν προτεραιότητα... Ο σύζυγος της είπε ότι σε αυτή τη φάση με αφήνεται ξεκρέμαστο κ το παιδί δυσκολα θα βρει σταθμό τέτοια εποχή.Οχι μόνο δεν ζητήσε συγνώμη για την ασυνέπεια των λόγων της,η κυρία είχε κ ένταση στο τηλέφωνο κ ύψωσε κ την φωνή. Όλο αυτό έχει ως αποτέλεσμα να μείνει εκτός παιδικό σταθμού το παιδί μου για φέτος. Δεν μετανιώνω για το ένα αστερι.Αντιεπαγγελματισμος κ ασυνέπεια. I did not intend to justify my low score but after a phone call from the owners asking us for the reason for the one star I decided to do it. First of all, let me mention that my child was not enrolled in kindergarten, we went there after good recommendations we had. The place looks beautiful, small and well-kept, so it has nothing to do with the environment but mainly with businessmen. Her husband said that at this stage I am left hanging and the child will hardly find a station at such a time. Not only did he not apologize for the inconsistency of her words, the lady was tense on the phone and raised her voice. All this results in my child being left out of kindergarten for this year. I do not regret a star. Unprofessionalism and inconsistency.
