Ενα απο αυτα ειναι η Προςευχή, που επιτρέπει στη συνείδηση να αλλάζει επίπεδο κ να επιχειρει μία αληθινή υπερβατικη συνδεση με τον Απειρο Θεο. Η ηρεμια, η σιωπή κ η ενεργεια της φυσης βοηθάει στην συγκεντρωση, στην αλλαγή της διάστασης, στην εσωτερική ανανέωση κ στο ανοιγμα του πνευματος. Η διάνοια κ η διαύγεια υψώνονται, ενω το σωμα δονείται σε εναν εξωτερικο ρυθμο με την εναλλαγή εικονων κ με ολα τα θετικα της ασκησης.☦ Friends and acquaintances used to ask me why I go hiking and why I do them in deserted and inaccessible areas, while there are nice sidewalks and nice bike paths.
