This monastery is with the old calendar and is a hospitable place and has a very good view you can see Loutraki from above.

Το 1884 οι κάτοικοι του χωριού αποφάσισαν να χτίσουν έναν μεγαλοπρεπή Ναό.
Η σχεδίαση του Ναού ανετέθη στον Γερμανό αρχιτέκτονα Ernesto Chiller. Ο Ναός της Αγ. Μαρίνης είναι ο πρώτος που σχεδίασε ο Chiller στην Ελλάδα και γι' αυτό δεν είναι πολύ επηρεασμένος από τα δυτικά πρότυπα. Ο ρυθμός του Ναού είναι σταυροεπίστεγος βασιλική μετά τρούλου.
Αξιοθαύμαστος είναι ο ογκώδης τρούλος του Ιερού Ναού και το παλαιό καμπαναριό του. Αν και έπαθε αρκετές ζημιές ο Ιερός Ναός από τους σεισμούς του 1928 και του 1981, οι ζημιές αποκαταστάθηκαν.
Ο Ναός εορτάζεται στις 17 Ιουλίου.
The magnificent and beautiful Church of Agia Marina is located on the site where there was an old church. Twice this small temple was destroyed by earthquakes in 1837 and 1858.
In 1884 the inhabitants of the village decided to build a magnificent Temple.
The design of the Temple was commissioned by the German architect Ernesto Chiller. The Church of Ag. Marinis is the first Chiller designed in Greece and is therefore not very influenced by western standards. The tempo of the Temple is a crucifixed basilica with a dome.
Remarkable is the massive dome of the Holy Temple and its old belfry. Although the Church suffered significant damage from the earthquakes of 1928 and 1981, damage was restored.
The church is celebrated on July 17.
