★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciao Café is a great place to visit on your way to or from Rethymno and the south of Crete. The staff is very friendly and speaks excellent English and they do really good coffee, too. You have a wonderful view from their terrace but you can also take out food. The Shell petrol station right next to it allows you to fuel your car, while you wait for incredibly tasty Souvlaki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for coffee and snack in the middle of a trip .alot space to park your car and very nice view to the sea.the place is beautifully made with stones and wood.usaly you smell the fresh air coming from the sea side and the cretan herbs around.very good place.
