★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 23/11/21 αγόρασα ένα φόρεμα αξίας 30€ (συνολικό κόστος αγορών πέραν του φορέματος 120€) το οποίο όταν πήγα να το φορέσω διαπίστωσα ότι ήταν ελαττωματικό . Είχε στο πίσω μέρος μια τρύπα από το αντικλεπτικό και το μπροστά μέρος του φορέματος ένα τμήμα δεν είχε πιαστεί στο γαζί όπως μπορείτε να δείτε και στις φωτογραφίες. Προσπάθησα να το επιστρέψω αλλά ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν το δέχτηκε υποστηρίζοντας ότι ευθύνομαι εγώ για το ελάττωμα του προϊόντος. Η συμπεριφορά του ήταν απαράδεκτη και η επιμονή του ότι ευθύνομαι εγώ υπερβολικά έντονη. Δεν πρόκειται να ξανά επιλέξω το μαγαζί για τις αγορές μου.
On 11/23/21 I bought a dress worth 30 € (total cost of purchases other than the dress 120 €) which when I went to wear it I found that it was defective. It had an anti-theft hole in the back and a part of the front of the dress was not caught in the gauze as you can see in the photos. I tried to return it but the owner did not accept it claiming that I am responsible for the defect of the product. His behavior was unacceptable and his insistence that I was responsible was too strong. I am not going to pick the store again for my purchases.
