Σε τέσσερις μέρες το πήρα πίσω και είχε λυθεί το θέμα μου.
Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση πολύ ευγενικοί και η κοπέλα στο τηλέφωνο αλλά και ο τεχνικός που μίλησα για το πρόβλημα μου!!
I sent my phone for screen replacement.
In four days I got it back and my issue was resolved.
Immediate service very kind and the girl on the phone but also the technician I talked about my problem !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco x3 pro με πρόβλημα στην οθόνη καθώς όταν την πατούσα αναβόσβηνε, τηλέφωνο 7 μηνών εντός εγγύησης.
Τελικά, σε ακριβώς 24 ώρες άφησα το τηλέφωνο με ενημέρωσαν ότι έγινε αλλαγή οθόνης με γνήσια, αναβάθμιση λογισμικού και δεν χάθηκε τίποτα μέσα από το τηλέφωνο.
Καμία σχέση με αυτά που διάβασα στις αξιολογήσεις.
Δεν κρύβω ότι πήγα με αρνητική ψυχολογία το ανέφερα κιόλας στους ίδιους ελπίζω να συνεχίσουν έτσι γιατί έχουμε ανάγκη οι καταναλωτές από σοβαρούς επιχειρηματίες και όχι από ερασιτέχνες.
Poco x3 pro with a problem on the screen as when it was blinking, phone 7 months under warranty.
Finally, in exactly 24 hours I left the phone, I was informed that the screen was changed with a genuine one, a software upgrade and nothing was lost inside the phone.
Nothing to do with what I read in the reviews.
I do not hide that I went with a negative psychology, I even mentioned it to them, I hope they continue like this because we need consumers from serious businessmen and not from amateurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματικά απαράδεκτο σέρβις και επαγγελματισμός 0...πήγα για το ίδιο πρόβλημα 3η φορά και το μόνο που είχαν να πουν ότι μπορεί να φτάσει κάτι άλλο αντί να παραδεχτούν ότι έκαναν λάθος τοποθέτηση 3 φορές. Δυστυχώς το κατάστημα που αγόρασα τους έχει ως μόνη επιλογή για την εγγύηση.
Really unacceptable service and professionalism 0 ... I went for the same problem 3rd time and they only had to say that something else could reach instead of admitting that they made a wrong placement 3 times. Unfortunately the store I bought them has as the only option for the guarantee.
