d	dimitris messinis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έδωσα για αντικατάσταση πείρου στο μπρασελέ ένα citizen ecodrive στις 30/6/20. Το ανωτέρω καταστημα διαφημίζει ότι τοποθετεί γνήσια ανταλλακτικά της citizen. Παρέλαβα το ρολόι μετά από 3 μερες πληρώνοντας 12€ για ΓΝΗΣΙΟ πείρο και εν τέλει επειδή κάτι δεν μου πήγαινε καλα, τον σύγκρινω με άλλο όμοιο ρολόι και διαπιστώνω οτι τοποθετήθηκε διαφορετικός πείρος με διαφορετικο μέγεθος και μήκος!!! Ο συγκεκριμένος πείρος συγκρατεί το ασφαλιστικό Π του μπρασελέ και το σφίγγει και στις δύο πλευρές. Λόγω της μικρότερης διαμέτρου αλλά και του μεγαλύτερου μήκους το μπρασελέ δεν ασφάλιζει σφιχτά και έχει τζόγους τους οποίους δεν είχε ποτε στο παρελθόν με τον ΓΝΗΣΙΟ με αποτέλεσμα να ανοίγει συνεχώς με το παραμικρό. Μετά από επικοινωνία με το κατάστημα και μετα απο δικαιολογίες ότι "δεν έχει ανάγκη", ότι "όλοι αυτα βάζουν" κτλ μου ζήτησαν να ξαναφέρω το ρολόι, να το ξαναφησω και να το ξαναπάρω άλλη μέρα, για να μου βγάλουν τον πείρο τους και να μου δώσουν τα χρήματα.... Χαμένος κόπος και χρόνος το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Δεν θα ασχοληθώ παραπάνω ούτε και πρόκειται να το συστήσω σε ΚΑΝΕΝΑ. Δεν είναι τα χρήματα αλλά όταν πληρώνεις για γνήσια ανταλλακτικά περιμένεις να είναι όντως γνήσια με την αντίστοιχη ποιότητα και εφαρμογή αυτών. Ακολουθούν φωτογραφίες μεταξύ του ΓΝΗΣΙΟΥ και του τοποθετημένου από το κατάστημα. I gave a citizen ecodrive to replace the pin on the bracelet on 6/30/20. The above store advertises that it places genuine spare parts of citizen. I received the watch after 3 days paying 12 € for a GENUINE pin and finally because something was not right with me, I compare it with another similar watch and find that a different pin with different size and length was placed !!! This particular pin holds the locking P of the bracelet and tightens it on both sides. Due to the smaller diameter but also the longer length, the bracelet does not secure tightly and has gambling that it has never had before with the GENUINE, as a result of which it constantly opens with the slightest thing. After contacting the store and after excuses that "there is no need", that "everyone puts these" etc they asked me to bring the watch again, to leave it again and to take it again another day, so that they can take out their pin and give me the money .... Lost effort and time in this particular store. I will not deal with it anymore nor am I going to recommend it to ANYONE. It is not the money but when you pay for genuine spare parts you expect it to be really genuine with the corresponding quality and application of them. Good evening, I sent the eco dive watch from Patras for repair at the service headquarters. I was told that it is not made in Greece and we have to send it to Germany at my own expense of at least € 250 and we do not know if it will be repaired, people are unacceptable € End of them!
P	Panagiotis Spetsarias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να αλλάξω μπαταρία στο ρολόι μου. Ευγενέστατος ο κύριος, αλλά με ενημέρωσε ότι πρέπει να έρθω άλλη μέρα να παραλάβω. Ενημέρωσα ότι δουλεύω καθημερινά ως τις 4 και δεν είναι δυνατόν να μπορέσω να έρθω άλλη μέρα εκτός αν έχω άδεια! Κατά τα Χριστούγεννα μάλλον. Η εναλλακτική ήταν να παραλάβω τρεις ώρες αργότερα. Δεν καταλαβαίνω. Παλιότερα η αλλαγή μπαταρίας ήταν υπόθεση 20 λεπτών. Απογοητευτικό πλέον, ειδικά για το όνομα της φίρμας. Το downgrade από το άλλοτε στο σήμερα εμφανές! Δυστυχώς δεν υπάρχει αρνητική βαθμολογία. I went to change the battery in my watch. Your Excellency, but he informed me that I must come another day to pick up. I informed that I work every day until 4 and it is not possible for me to come another day unless I have permission! Probably at Christmas. The alternative was to pick up three hours later. I do not understand. In the past, changing the battery was a 20-minute affair. Disappointing now, especially for the brand name. The downgrade from the past to the present is evident! Unfortunately there is no negative rating.
M	Manos kok on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παιδιά μακριά από το συγκεκριμένο service τάχα μου citizen. Έστειλα το ρολόι μου για αλλαγή πυκνωτή και κρύσταλλο τον Ιανουάριο και το πήρα Απρίλιο. Μέχρι τότε τους έκανα αμέτρητα τηλέφωνα για ενημέρωση και με κορόιδευαν με πολλά "θα σας καλέσουμε το συντομότερο δυνατό"(δεν με καλούσαν ποτέ). "Το ανταλλακτικό που μας λείπει δεν ήρθε ακόμα από το εξωτερικό" και τέτοια ψέματα. Το αποκορύφωμα είναι όταν το πήρα στα χέρια μου μου έδωσαν εγγύηση καλής λειτουργίας για 6 μήνες με πιστοποιητικό. Το ρολόι ξαφνικά έχει πάλι πρόβλημα και δεν λειτουργεί. Τους ξαναπήραν τηλέφωνο και ξανά το ίδιο δούλεμα.. είμαι στην διαδικασία καταγγελίας στον συνήγορο καταναλωτή . Children away from this particular service, my citizen. I sent my watch for capacitor and crystal change in January and got it in April. Until then I made them countless phone calls for information and they made fun of me with a lot of "we will call you as soon as possible" (they never called me). "The spare part we are missing has not yet come from abroad" and such lies. The highlight is when I got it in my hands they gave me a guarantee of good operation for 6 months with a certificate. The watch suddenly has a problem again and does not work. They got their phone call again and again the same job .. I am in the process of complaining to the consumer ombudsman.
E	Efthymios Kontis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυστυχώς δεν μπορώ να βάλω 0. Οι άνθρωποι είναι απατεώνες και απορώ αν είναι όντως αντιπροσωπεία της Citizen. Πήγα το ρολόι μου για απλή αλλαγή κρύσταλλου. Τους παίρνω μου λένε είναι έτοιμο και την επόμενη με παίρνουν να μου πουν ότι το ρολόι δεν λειτουργεί. Το ρολόι δούλευε άψογα όταν τους το πήγα αλλά τάχα μου δεν λειτουργούσε και του έκαναν σέρβις. Ώς αποτέλεσμα ενώ είχαμε πει κόστος 40 ευρώ, οι κύριοι μου ζήτησαν 90! Όταν τους είπα ότι το ρολόι λειτουργούσε όταν τους το παρέδωσα πήγαν να με βγάλουν τρελό ενώ απείλησαν να μου το χαλάσουν επειδή δεν τους έδινα τα χρήματα. Με βάση αυτά που διαβάζω και στα υπόλοιπα σχόλια απορώ γιατί παραμένει ανοιχτό το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Μακριά από αυτούς τους απατεώνες Unfortunately I can not put 0.
