We booked this accommodation last year and could not travel because of Corona. The accommodation provider has not refunded any money for the already paid accommodation, but agreed to a voucher for 2021. I then made a new booking on booking.com for this year, asking to offset the voucher. The accommodation provider has never responded to this request and is not reachable in writing or by calls. Thus, I can not redeem the voucher and the accommodation provider kept the money for himself. Not to be recommended!
