The Municipality of Alexandroupolis is a municipality of the region of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace that was established with the Kallikratis Program. It resulted from the merger of the pre-existing municipalities of Alexandroupolis, Feron and Traianoupolis. The area of the new Municipality is 1,217 sq.km. and the population of 72,959 [1] residents according to the 2011 census. The seat of the new municipality was designated Alexandroupolis and the historic seat was Bera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πριν 3 μέρες όχημα του δήμου ενώ κινούνταν με υπερβολική ταχύτητα, προσπέρασε αντικανονικά 3 αυτοκίνητα σε διπλή διαχωριστική γραμμή και ενώ το αμάξι βρίσκονταν το μισό στο δικό μου ρεύμα, τελευταία στιγμή έκανα ελιγμό για να αποφύγω τη σύγκρουση. Αφού επικοινώνησα γραπτός με τη σελίδα του δήμου εξηγώντας τους αναλυτικά το γεγονός (που και πότε), περίμενα τουλάχιστον να έχουν την ευγενή καλοσύνη να ζητήσουν ένα συγνώμη. Απ' ότι φαίνεται η επικοινωνία μέσω ίντερνετ, πηγαίνει κατευθείαν εκεί που πηγαίνει και το χαρτί της τουαλέτας
A three-day vehicle in the municipality while driving over speeding, surpassed 3 cars in a double dividing line and while the car was half in my own current, at the last moment I was maneuvering to avoid the collision. After I communicated in writing to the municipality's website explaining the fact (where and when), I expected at least to have the kindness to ask for an apology. As the internet communication looks, it goes straight to where the toilet paper goes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have COVID symptoms and positive result from antigen test which I did myself. I went to city hall with PLF form to get tested and to get papers needed to quarantine me in designated hotels. I arrived to greece on motorbike as a tourist. I was refused rapid test. I was told my PLF doesn't work because I had rapid test done at the border and I cannot have another one done. I was sent to private lab. I had 2 doses of moderna vaccine, did PCR before entering Greece and had rapid test done at the border. 5 days later I got COVID regardless not hanging out in public places. This is how pandemic spread. Rubbish system.
