C	Christos Dallis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έξτρα χρέωση για μικρή καθυστέρηση. Το μηχάνημα πληρωμής ήταν κολλημένο σε άλλη κάρτα. Αναγκάστηκα να πληρώσω 2 φορές. Καμιά διάθεση συνεννόησης από το προσωπικό. Extra charge for short delay. The payment machine was stuck on another card. I had to pay twice. No disposition by the staff.
M	Marin VA (LAZOG) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πανάκριβο για πάρκινγκ εμπορικού κέντρου. 7.20 για 2 ωρες;;; Υποτίθεται ότι σε ένα εμπορικό κέντρο πας για να ψωνίσεις. Επίσης δεν υπάρχουν επάνω μηχανήματα εξόφλησης, οπότε για να βγάλεις άκρη και να μην ψάχνεις το αμάξι σου μέσα στο πάρκινγκ, που έχει 3 ορόφους και είναι χαοτικό, πρέπει να κατέβεις στο υπόγειο πάρκινκ, να βρεις το μηχάνημα να πληρώσεις και μετά να ξανανέβεις επάνω για να εντοπίσεις από ποια πόρτα πρέπει να κατέβεις πάλι εκεί που άφησες το αμάξι σου! Αλλιώς πρέπει κρατώντας ψώνια να γυρνάς γύρω γύρω για να εντοπίσεις το αμάξι σου! Ανήκουστα πράγματα δηλαδή! Expensive for shopping center parking. 7.20 for 2 hours ?? You're supposed to go to a mall to shop. There are also no overhead pay machines, so in order to get out and look for your car in the parking lot, which has 3 floors and is chaotic, you have to go down to the underground parking lot, find the machine to pay and then climb up again find out which door you need to go down again where you left your car! Otherwise you have to go shopping around to find your car! That is, unheard of things!

Στις 15/03/2018 άφησα το αμάξι μου για πλύσιμο στο Cityzen Marousi όσο θα είμαι στο γυμναστήριο και διαπίστωσα αργότερα ότι μοχλός του καθίσματος του συνοδηγού ήταν σπασμένος & "μπανταρισμένος" με μαύρη ταινία. Τους έστειλα photo από την ζημιά άλλα αρνούνται με την δικαιολογία ότι είδαν το video από το κλειστό κύκλωμα και όλα ήταν σωστά. Όταν τους ζήτησα να δω για να επιβεβαιωθώ, και εγώ, το video μου είπαν ότι δεν μπορώ να το δω (σημ. τον 'πλύστη' να πλένει το αμάξι μου) πάρα μόνο με Εισαγγελική άδεια! Άντε τώρα να αφήσεις το αμάξι σου εκεί ... UNACCEPTABLE ... On 15/03/2018 I left my car for washing at Cityzen Marousi while I was in the gym and later found out that the lever of the passenger seat was broken & "bandaged" with black tape. I sent them a photo of the damage but they refuse with the excuse that they saw the video from the closed circuit and everything was correct. When I asked them to see me to confirm, I, too, was told that I could not watch the video (note that the 'washer' washes my car) except with the permission of the Public Prosecutor's Office! It's time to leave your car there ...

Σε αντιπαράθεση μαζί τους για τη χρέωση του parking σε φάση πλυσίματος του αυτοκινήτου με ενημέρωσαν ότι θα μου επιστρέφανε 1,2Ε αντί για το ποσό που αντιστοιχούσε στις 2 ώρες που έπρεπε να με αποζημιώσουν.. Επιπλέον μου χάλασαν τη βάση για GPS κατά το πλύσιμο κι αντί να τσεκάρουν με τον υπάλληλο για τη ζημιά που μου προκάλεσε με αμφισβήτησε ευθέως ο αρμόδιος για θέματα εμπορικά κι επικοινωνίας της εταιρίας. Θα πρότεινα να υιοθετήσουν την κουλτούρα του Customer Experience διότι με τον τρόπο που αντιμετωπίζουν τους πελάτες τους οδηγούν στη λήξη της συνεργασίας τους. The worst customer experience I have ever had. Contrary to their car wash charge, they informed me that they would refund me 1,2E instead of the 2 hours they had to compensate me. broke the GPS stand while washing and instead of checking in with the employee for the damage he caused me, he was directly challenged by the company 's commercial and communications officer. I would suggest to adopt the culture of the Customer Experience as the way they treat their customers lead to termination of their cooperation.

Ακόμη και το εξωτερικό πλύσιμο που έγινε δεν είχε καμία σχέση με άλλα πλυντήρια, πρώτη φορά είδα τόσο καθαρές τις ζάντες. Φυσικά και ο κύριος στο πλυντήριο άψογος, ευγενικός και με αρκετές συμβουλές για τη σωστή συντήρηση του αυτοκινήτου. Αν βάλουμε και την πολύ χαμηλή τιμή, τότε αξίζει 100%, σημείο που αντί να το πλένεις σε απλό πλυντήριο μια φορά το μήνα, μπορείς να κάνεις ένα βιολογικό μια φορά το τρίμηνο. I did biological cleaning and I have to say that the result was amazing! Even the external washing that was done had nothing to do with other washing machines, it was the first time I saw the wheels so clean. Of course, the owner in the washing machine is impeccable, polite and with several tips for the proper maintenance of the car. If we put the very low price, then it is worth 100%, a point that instead of washing it in a simple washing machine once a month, you can do an organic one once a quarter.

I am a client for almost 5 years and the total increase of the monthly parking price is 150% (from 2018 till today). I was expecting a better loyalty program for old customers. Also i had a very bad experience with the customer service calling me back to hear my complains and instead of that I had to listen to an angry guy that had no solid argument.

It appeared that everything was superficially cleaned up and there were many more "hidden" or harder-to-reach parts that were left completely untouched. For the price, I did expect a better service than this.
