Για πλύσιμο μόνο που δεν με έβρισαν επειδή το είχα καιρό άπλυτο και φυσικά ήταν τίγκα στην βρώμα όταν το πήρα... α ναι... φυσικά χάσανε και το τηλεκοντρόλ του γκαράζ... ακόμα περιμένω τον υπεύθυνο να με πάρει.... Απλά απαράδεκτοι..... If you really want to feel trash here come here. Perhaps the most rude I've ever seen. For washing only, they didn't find me because I had unwashed it for a long time and of course it was a bit of a mess when I took it ... oh yes ... of course they lost the remote control of the garage ... I'm still waiting for the person in charge to pick me up .... Just unacceptable .....
M	Matthew Mpistolas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα το αυτοκίνητο για πλύσιμο στις 12/02/2020 και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν κάτω του μετρίου. Οι ζάντες ήταν μισο-πλυμένες με τα λάδια να μην έχουν φύγει τελείως. Σε αρκετά μέρη του αυτοκινήτου δεν είχε περαστεί με πανί μετα το πλύσιμο, με αποτέλεσμα να φαίνεται αλλού καθαρό και στο υπόλοιπο όχι. Δεν το συνιστώ. I went to the car for washing on 12/02/2020 and the result was below average. The wheels were half-washed with the oils not completely gone. In many parts of the car the cloth was not washed after washing, and as a result it looks clean and the rest is not. I do not recommend it.

Η εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε εντός του συμφωνηθέντος χρόνου και τα καθίσματα καθαρίστηκαν σε ικανοποιητικό βαθμό. ΑΛΛΑ ΜΕΧΡΙ ΕΚΕΙ. Το υπόλοιπο αυτοκίνητο...όσα βλέπει η πεθερά. Δεν το είδα εκείνη την ώρα. Τους πήρα τηλέφωνο για να παραπονεθώ...ακόμα περιμένω να με καλέσει ο υπεύθυνος. Ο βιολογικός υποτίθεται ότι γίνεται για να έχεις ένα πολύ καλύτερο αποτέλεσμα από ένα κοινό εσωτερικό καθάρισμα. ΚΡΙΜΑ. I went for a biological cleaning on 22/10/2019. The car is old in 1993 and the seats are very dirty. The work was done within the agreed time and the seats were thoroughly cleaned. BUT UNTIL THERE. The rest of the car ... what the mother-in-law sees. I didn't see it at that time. I called them to complain ... I'm still waiting for the caller to call me. Organic is supposed to do a much better job than a common indoor cleaning. PITY.
A	Alexandros Iatrou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού για βιολογικό καθαρισμό στην Φραγκοκκλησιάς για σήμερα στις 08:00 μέσω του application στο κινητό. Μόλις το έκανα μου ήρθε mail επιβαβαίωσης. Πήγα λοιπόν σήμερα στις 07:55 και δεν ήταν κανείς. Περίμενα μέχρι τις 08:10. Παίρνω τηλέφωνο στην εξυπηρέτηση, το σηκώνει μια κοπέλα στην οποία αναφέρω το ραντεβού και μου λέει ''περιμένετε λίγο''. Ήμουν σε αναμονή 10' και η ώρα ήταν ήδη 08:20 χωρίς να έχει έρθει κανείς υπεύθυνος του πάρκινγκ. Το κλείνω και ξαναπαίρνω. Το σηκώνει ένας κύριος στον οποίο επαναλαμβάνω τα γεγονότα. Μου λέει ''ψάχνουμε να βρούμε τον άνθρωπο του πλυντηρίου''. Του λέω πως δεν μπορώ να περιμένω άλλο διότι πρέπει να πάω στη δουλειά μου. Μου λέει ''σας πήραν τηλέφωνο όταν κλείσατε το ραντεβού;'' Λέω, μου ήρθε mail επιβεβαίωσης. Μου λέει ''πρέπει να σας καλέσουν στο τηλ όταν κλείνετε ραντεβού για να σας πουν αν υπάρχει διαθεσιμότητα στο πλυντήριο''. Του απαντάω ποιο το νόημα τότε να κλείνεις ραντεβού μέσω της εφαρμογής στις διαθέσιμες ώρες που έχουν αναρτήσει, να σου έρχεται mail επιβεβαίωσης αλλά να μην έχει τίποτε από όλα αυτά σημασία γιατί στην τελική πρέπει να μιλήσεις τηλεφωνικά!! Μου άνοιξαν και έφυγα. I made an appointment for organic cleaning in Frangokklisias for today at 08:00 through the mobile application. As soon as I did it, I received an email. So I went today at 07:55 and there was no one. I waited until 08:10. I call the service, it is picked up by a girl to whom I mention the appointment and she tells me "wait a minute". I was waiting for 10 'and the time was already 08:20 without anyone in charge of the parking lot. I close it and take it again. It is raised by a gentleman to whom I repeat the facts. He tells me "we are looking to find the man in the washing machine". I tell him I can't wait any longer because I have to go to work. He tells me '' did they call you when you made the appointment? '' I say, I received a confirmation mail. He tells me "they have to call you on the phone when you make an appointment to tell you if there is availability at the washing machine". I reply to him what is the point of making an appointment then through the application at the available hours that have been posted, to you get a confirmation mail but none of this matters because in the end you have to talk on the phone !! They opened for me and I left.

M	Mike Lom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The review is for the Michalacopoulou facility-same company: Sunday October 1, 2017 08:20 arrived to the garage to pick my car (I'm a regular/monthly customer). Power was down, no way one could enter or leave the garage. 08:23 called call center, the employee knew about the problem, said the company's technician had been informed. Waited an hour. Called again, he said they couldn't find the technician (!) and offered to call me back as soon as they had news. Never did. Few other customers came during all this time and said the same problem happened the day before (Saturday). Another customer called at 9:50. I used his phone to ask them if they had actually found the technician. They said they had. Finally at 10:40 an outside/outsourced technician came. I asked him what time he was notified and replied 40 min. before (i.e. 10:00). Ever since the company became Cityzen, there have been quite few similar problems (electrical and electronic). I have recorded all the above phone communications so that there is no doubt in what really happened. I would give them negative stars if I could!
