Τα piercings γίνονται σε μη αποστειρωμένο/ειδικά διαμορφωμένο χώρο (στον ίδιο χώρο που πωλούνται τα υπόλοιπα προϊόντα) , με πιστόλι (μέθοδος απαγορευμένη από επαγγελματίες piercers: τραυματίζει τον ιστό και υπάρχει μεγάλος κίνδυνος δημιουργίας ουλής όταν αφαιρεθεί και διάδωσης μολύνσεων), το οποίο ίδιο πιστόλι τρυπάει όλα τα άτομα που κάνουν piercing. Επίσης, γίνονται από πωλητή που εργάζεται στο κατάστημα, ο οποίος δεν είναι επαρκώς εκπαιδευμένος ώστε να δουλεύει ως επαγγελματίας piercer. Αυτές οι συνθήκες και ο τρόπος διεξαγωγής του piercing , εγκυμονεί πολλούς κινδύνους μολύνσεων και τραυματισμών. Τα Piercing πρέπει να γίνονται σε αποστηρωμένο χώρο με κλίβανο , με βελόνες ΜΙΑΣ ΧΡΗΣΗΣ, από επαγγελματία Piercer και να τοποθετείται κόσμημα από ασφαλή υλικά (τιτάνιο). Μόνο υπό αυτές τις συνθήκες το piercing είναι ασφαλές. The only big negative of claire's is the piercing part. The piercings are done in a non-sterile / specially designed area (in the same place where the other products are sold), with a pistol (method prohibited by professional piercers: it injures the tissue and there is a high risk of scarring when removed and spreading infections), which is the same pistol pierces all the people doing the piercing. They are also made by a salesman who works in the store, who is not sufficiently trained to work as a professional piercer. These conditions and the way the piercing is performed carry a lot of risks of infections and injuries. Piercings should be done in a sterile area with an oven, with DISPOSABLE needles, by a professional Piercer and jewelry made of safe materials (titanium) should be placed. Only under these conditions is the piercing safe.
