Cleopatra and her team coordinated our wedding in Kefalonia last year and they did an impeccable job! Our reception venue was outdoors in a forest - Cleopatra coordinated all the details to turn this virgin forest into a gorgeous, luxurious and magical place for us and our 170 guests. I live in the US and I’m a perfectionist and planning a wedding on the other side of the world is not an easy task - Cleopatra was so patient and she and her team worked hours with me to make my dream a reality!

Planning a wedding overseas is not easy! There are so many tasks to overcome and at the end of the day you have no idea what it’s going to turn out like, even having 2 year to plan it all. But Cleopatra understood my vision of my dream wedding and she made it so easy for us. Her professionalism and due diligence in undertaking all tasks instilled in us so much confidence that even in such a stressful scenario, we were totally relaxed! I truly had the most wonderful day/week in my life and I am so glad that Cleopatra was there by my side, every step of the way. If you are looking to have a wedding in Kefalonia, you MUST go with Cleopatra! She is amazing!

Cleopatra is a godsend to brides! Because of her, our wedding in Kefalonia (which consisted of 300 guests, 175 of whom came from abroad), went off without glitches. We simply couldn’t have done it without this selfless, caring, amazing human being! It’s worth noting that at the outset, I didn’t think I needed a wedding coordinator. My father is from Kefalonia and I’ve been there several times, and thus I figured I could navigate most of the process on my own. I’m also the type who thinks she can DIY anything, so I was reluctant to take the plunge to hire a coordinator. But just a few weeks into it, I realized I was in over my head and needed to call for reinforcements! And I’m SO happy I did! Cleopatra’s positive attitude is first and foremost what makes her so successful in her profession. Throughout the months of working together and the days leading up to the actual wedding, she was consistently patient and reassuring. There were times where circumstances made it such that we had to modify plans, and she remained cool and collected the entire way. Because much of the planning took place while I was in the U.S., we conversed a good amount over email and Skype calls. Her response times never faltered, and her ease in working in English made it especially easy. Our non-Greek speaking guests really appreciated that they could go up to her or her staff and be pointed in the right direction. Her breadth of services were many: Cleopatra helped us arrange a boat cruise and beach BBQ for our guests, a massive rehearsal dinner (which was a mini wedding in and of itself), transportation to and from all events, musical entertainment, a stunningly beautiful photo booth, the paperwork for our religious ceremony, and so much more! Words fail me in capturing just how much I appreciate Cleopatra and all she did to make our wedding a success. Cleopatra turned our destination wedding into a dream wedding! She and her team were amazing in coordinating our outdoor wedding. First of all, the food was amazing! The music, drinks and everything from floral arrangements to little details such as table setting were flawless. During the reception, Cleopatra and her team made sure the entire time that our guests received excellent service. We cannot recommend her enough! First of all I would like to thank Cleopatra and her team for everything they have done for us. We had very high expectations for our party and with Cleopatra's help everything turned out perfectly. Our guests had an amazing time, the food, drinks and ambiance were provided by the premium vendors Cleopatra and her team work with. The beach at Avithos and the villa "La Vie" were very elegantly decorated to our liking and overall the day, and night, were magical. Once again, thousands of thanks for making our day special. We got engaged in December 2019 and knew immediately that we wanted to get married on the island of Kefalonia where my family is from. After doing some online research, we found Cleopatra’s website/instagram and were instantly wowed by her beautiful portfolio and amazing aesthetic so we decided to reach out. From our initial phone call with her we knew we were in the best hands. Cleopatra provided us with so much information and guidance from the onset, including wedding venue recommendations, and was equally as helpful as we began to try to plan a destination wedding in the middle of a global pandemic. We could not have done it without her! Fortunately we were able to keep our original July, 3rd 2021 wedding date but knew that Cleopatra would have made it work seamlessly even if we would have had to reschedule. We had a Greek Orthodox ceremony and Cleopatra was instrumental in guiding us with the necessary paperwork and then helping us submit all the documents so that everything was set for the day of - another aspect of planning a destination wedding that we could not have done without her help. Cleopatra and her team are the utmost professionals. They have a true passion for what they do which is reflected in their exquisite work. Everything from the food to the flowers & decor to the music was more perfect than we could have ever imagined. The delicious dinner from Makis at Stateri Catering and gorgeous floral decor from Makis at Benetatos Floral especially took our breath away. The whole day went smoothly thanks to Cleopatra and her team’s expert planning so we were able to sit back, relax and enjoy the day to its fullest. It really was a dream come true. Cleopatra and her team were also extremely helpful in gathering information for us in regards to guest accommodations as well as helping to plan/book a boat cruise for our guests around the island for the day after. It was the most magical weekend and our guests had the best time! Friends and family can’t stop talking about the celebration still almost a year later! We can’t thank Cleopatra and her team enough for all their hard work over the course of a year and half and would highly recommend her services for anyone planning a wedding on Kefalonia!
