A	Anastasios Kaparaliotis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οικογενειακή επιχείρηση αποτελούμενη από τον Γιάννη και τα αδέλφια του.......συνεργάστηκα μαζί τους για την αγορά 5 κλιματιστικων άριστοι και απόλυτα γνωστές στην δουλειά τους άψογοι επαγγελματίες τίμιοι....με γνώσεις να σου προσφέρουν ανάλογα με το τι ζητάει και τι μπορεί να υποστηρίξει οικονομικά ο πελάτης το καλύτερο δυνατό προϊόν.....πολλα συγχαρητήρια για το ήθος την αξιοπιστία την αξιοπρέπεια τον επαγγελματισμο και την υπομονή τους..!!!!!!!Σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής άριστη.......οτι μου προσέφεραν ήταν στην καλύτερη τιμή......και το πιο σημαντικό ΚΑΙ ΣΕ ΑΤΟΚΕΣ ΔΟΣΕΙΣ..........τους συνιστώ με κλειστά μάτια!!!!!Δεν είναι τυχαίο που στις δύσκολες αυτές ημέρες για τον κόσμο..... οι καλυτεροι και οι τίμιοι επιβιώνουν με 5 αστέρια στην Πιάτσα μπράβο παιδιά !!!!!!!!!!! a	apogonos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φέτος ('21) αποφασίσαμε να βάλουμε κλιματιστικά.(12Αυγουστου) . Γινόταν χαμός με τον καύσωνα. Μετά από διαδικτυακή έρευνα και μια καλή προσφορά και σε τιμή και σε ημερομηνία εγκατάστασης (επόμενη μέρα της παραγγελίας) καταλήξαμε στην Clima Report. Όλα άψογα με την εγκατάσταση. Όλα καλά με την εξυπηρέτηση. Στην 2η μέρα λειτουργίας όμως παρατηρήθηκε πρόβλημα στην μια μονάδα. Χωρίς να μπω σε λεπτομέρειες, να πω ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στην Clima Report , γιατί την ώρα που τα πράγματα πήγαν να ξεφύγουν στην επικοινωνία μας με την αντιπρόσωπο εταιρεία βγήκαν μπροστά με κατανόηση και έλυσαν το πρόβλημα. Πραγματικά παιδιά σας αξίζουν συγχαρητήρια. Συνεχίστε έτσι. This year ('21) we decided to install air conditioners. (August 12). It was a disaster with the heat. After an online search and a good offer both in price and on the installation date (next day of the order) we came up with the Clima Report. Everything is perfect with the installation. All good with the service. On the 2nd day of operation, however, a problem was observed in one unit. Without going into details, I would like to say a big thank you to Clima Report, because at the time when things went awry in our communication with the representative company, they came forward with understanding and solved the problem. Your children really deserve congratulations. Go on like this.

Μετά την εγκατάσταση αντιμετώπισα κάποιο πρόβλημα, οπότε τους έστειλα μύνημα αργά το βράδυ. Το επόμενο πρωί μου απάντησαν και μου έδωσαν οδηγίες για το τι πρέπει να κάνω. Ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση. Θα το συστήσω και σε φίλους. Επαγγελματίες με όλη την σημασία της λέξεως. I bought a water heater, which was delivered to me immediately. I	Irene A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα έναν θερμοπομπό απο την συγκεκριμένη επιχείρηση. Ολη η διαδικασία ήταν υποδειγματική. Ενημέρωση, τιμή, χρόνος παράδοσης. Μείναμε πλήρως ικανοποιημένοι απο την αγορά. I bought a radiator from this company. The whole process was exemplary. Information, price, delivery time. We were completely satisfied with the market.
V	Varda Elentari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα σας έβαζα 5 αστέρια για την εξυπηρέτηση γιατί ήσασταν άψογοι κι ας υπήρχε η καθυστέρηση που υπήρχε στην παράδοση του ενός εκ των 2 κλιματιστικών. Τα 2 αστέρια αφαιρούνται από τον κατά τ'αλλα ικανότατο τεχνικό σας που κατεφτασε με εμφανή αγανάκτηση που δεν ενημέρωσα ότι η εγκατάσταση αφορά ψηλοτάβανο μαγαζί (δεν ήξερα ότι έπρεπε να σας το διευκρινησω) στάση που αρχικά μ' έκανε να αισθανθώ άβολα. Για δική μου καλή τύχη λοιπόν είχα ακόμα τον μάστορα που εβαφε εξωτερικά και χρησιμοποίησαν τη δική μας σκαλωσια (την οποία θα χρεωνομουν έξτρα 100€ αν έπρεπε να φέρουν τη δική τους το οποίο φυσικά δεν γνώριζα επίσης). Αφού λοιπόν είπαμε και ξαναπάμε για το 24αρι θεριό ανημερο που έπρεπε ν'ανεβασουν στον τοίχο και το κατανοώ(αλλά that' s the job) κι αφού τελικά έγινε η εγκατάσταση, στην πληρωμή απαιτήθηκαν έξτρα 25€ για ένα μέτρο σωλήνα (που αν και δεν μπόρεσα να καταλάβω πως προέκυψαν 3 μέτρα, πες όμως ότι δεν ξέρω τη δουλειά και οκ) απαιτήθηκαν κι έξτρα 20€ για την 'ταλαιπωρία' όπως ειπώθηκε αυτολεξεί και για το πόσο τυχερή μάλλον ήμουν που τελικά έγινε η εγκατάσταση. Έξω στο δρόμο όπως και μέσα φυσικά καθαρίσαμε εμείς τις σκόνες και ο, τι προέκυψε από τα τρυπηματα από την μια εγκατάσταση . Δεν ξέρω πόσο αντίξοες ήταν οι συνθήκες και ειλικρινά δεν ήταν τα 20€, ήταν η όλη συμπεριφορά ότι μου έγινε και χάρη που έγινε η δουλειά την οποία πλήρωσα και στην τελική χρησιμοποιήθηκαν και δικά μου μέσα. Δεν ξέρω αν γενικά το κόστος εγκατάστασης καλυπτει μια τύπου άρση βαρών (σηκώνω τη μονάδα χωρίς σκάλες και σκαλωσιές φάση) κι όσο συμπαθής κι αν ήταν κατά βάση ο Αλέξης σας ακόμα κι αν ξεφυσαγε, αυτό το τελευταίο με τα χρήματα το θεώρησα νταβατζιλικι...κι όχι μόνο εγώ. Λυπάμαι που δεν ήταν κατάλληλες οι συνθήκες για να σας βάλω τα 5 αστέρια που σας αξίζουν αλλά δεν μπορώ να μην αναφερθώ στο κομμάτι που όσο κι αν προσπαθούσα να είμαι προσχαρη για να ελαφρυνω το κλίμα, μ'εκανε να αισθανθώ άβολα και με άφησε με την εντύπωση ότι και σας ταλαιπώρησα(!!!) και ήταν και ΥΠΟΧΡΕΩΣΗ μου να σας ανταμείψω έξτρα για ηθική βλάβη ξερω' γω. I would give you 5 stars for the service because you were flawless even though there was a delay in the delivery of one of the 2 air conditioners. The 2 stars are removed by your otherwise highly skilled technician who arrived with obvious indignation that I did not inform them that the installation was a high-ceilinged shop (I did not know I had to explain it to you) an attitude that initially made me feel uncomfortable. Luckily for me, I still had the carpenter who painted the exterior and they used our scaffolding (which I would charge extra 100 € if they had to bring theirs which of course I did not know either). So after we said and went again for the 24-hour wild day that they had to climb on the wall and I understand (but that's the job) and after the installation was done, the payment required an extra 25 € for a meter of pipe (which although not I was able to understand that 3 meters emerged, but say that I do not know the job and ok) extra 20 € were required for the 'inconvenience' as it was said literally and for how lucky I was that the installation was finally done. Outside the road as well as inside of course we cleaned the dust and what resulted from the punctures from one installation. I do not know how adverse the conditions were and honestly it was not € 20, it was all the behavior that was done to me and thanks to the work that I paid and in the end my own tools were used. I do not know if the installation cost is generally covered by a type of weightlifting (I lift the unit without stairs and scaffolding phase) and no matter how nice your Alexis was, even if he blew up, I considered the latter with the money ... and not only me. I'm sorry the conditions were not right for me to give you the 5 stars you deserve but I can not fail to mention the part that no matter how much I tried to be happy to lighten the mood, it made me feel uncomfortable and left me with impression that I also bothered you (!!!) and it was also my OBLIGATION to reward you extra for moral damage I know.

I bought a TLC inverter for 300€ couple of days ago for my room (which is max 15²m) and I am very satisfied for my purchase! I definitely recommend it
