★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Χρειάστηκαν τρείς επισκέψεις μέχρι να επιλέξω το κλιματιστικό που χρειαζόμουν, ήταν υπομονετικοί και άκρως εξυπηρετικοί.
Στο ραντεβού για την τοποθέτηση : εγγλέζοι.
Καθαροί στη δουλειά τους, σωστοί επαγγελματίες. Δουλεύουν με ακριβά επαγγελματικά εργαλεία και αυτό είναι ενδεικτικό της προσοχής που δίνουν στο υλικό που τοποθετούν, συντηρούν και στον πελάτη που εξυπηρετούν. Είμαστε απολύτως ευχαριστημένοι.

Το πέμπτο αστέρι το χάνει λόγω της ελαφρά αυξημένης τιμής ωστόσο δεν μου έκρυψαν το παραμικρό.Πλήρωσα κάτι παραπάνω στις χρεώσεις εγκατάστασης γιατί οι σωληνώσεις είχαν αυξημένο μήκος,αλλά έκαναν εξαιρετική δουλειά στο στήσιμο και οι σωλήνες φαίνονται άψογοι απέξω.
Πραγματικά πολύ καλοί στην δουλειά τους και ο ιδιοκτήτης φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός.Δουλεύω σε μεγάλο e-shop και μπορώ να ξεχωρίζω όταν κάτι δεν πάει καλά.
Το clima solution στάθηκε επάξια στις απαιτήσεις μου για κλιματιστικό και πραγματικά έχετε να κάνετε με επαγγελματίες και όχι με φτηνά skroutzoμαγαζα ή μεγάλες αλυσίδες που μπορεί να προσφέρουν ελαφρώς καλύτερες τιμές αλλά στα ψιλά γράμματα σε γδέρνουν και σαφώς δεν κάνουν τόσο καλή δουλειά στα περιφερειακά της εγκατάστασης ενός κλιματιστικού που είναι για εμένα προσωπικά πολύ σημαντικό.
Συνεχίστε έτσι και σίγουρα θα ξεχωρίζετε!!!

The fifth star is lost due to the slightly increased price, however they did not hide the slightest thing from me.
Really very good at their job and the owner friendly and helpful. I work in a big e-shop and I can stand out when something goes wrong.
The clima solution has met my requirements for air conditioning and you are really dealing with professionals and not with cheap skroutzo shops or large chains that may offer slightly better prices but in fine print they scratch you and clearly do not do such a good job in the peripherals of installing a air conditioner which is for me personally very important.
Keep it up and you will definitely stand out !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία πριν μέρες για την επισκευή τον θερμοσυσσωρευτών .
Μου λένε λοιπόν πόσοι ειναι τους λεω για δυο θελω . Απο 30€ ο καθε ενας .
Και αν χρειαστεί να τους επισκευάσει ο τεχνικός δεν θα ξανα πληρώσετε αυτα τα 30+30 .
Οκ λέω και μου λένε θα σας τηλεφωνήσει ο τεχνικός .
Επικοινωνία λοιπόν με τον τεχνικό έρχεται τους βλέπει μου λέει πως θέλουν αλλαγή κάποιες αντιστάσεις μια στον έναν και 3 στον άλλο . Ρωτάω το κόστος μου λεει για αρχή 40€ μετα μου ειπε 50€ τελικά 150€ οι αντιστάσεις. Κανένα πρόβλημα.
Πανω λοιπόν στην επίσκεψη μου λέει πως ειναι εξωτερικός συνεργάτης και δουλεύει αλλού .
Την ημέρα που με πήρε να κλείσουμε ραντεβού για την επισκευή του λεω αυτό που μου είχαν πει για τα 60 οτι δεν θα πληρώσω ξανά εργασία . Εκει μου λέει πως δεν ισχύει κατι τέτοιο οτι μλκς σου ειπαν κλπ .
Και οτι ειναι αλλα 65€ .
Λόγο οτι ειναι ομως Κυριακή και δεν τον βολεύει λογο δουλειάς πρωινής και εγω εχω μείνει χωρίς θέρμανση του λεω ελα να τα φτιάξεις και θα μιλήσω με την εταιρεία .

Δεν ήξεραν τι κοστολογούν
Να μου λένε οτι πλήρωσα μονο 150€
Μετα να μου λένε οτι ο τεχνικός πήρε απο εμένα μονο 120€
Χαλασμένο τηλέφωνο πελάτης εταιρεία τεχνικός . Τους ελεγα πως πλήρωσα 275 €
Για επισκευή και ανταλλακτικά και να μην ξέρουν πόσο πλήρωσα .
Λοιπόν συμπέρασμα και συμπεριφορά απαράδεκτη κανένας επαγγελματισμός .
Δεν ξέρουν τι κοστολογούν.

Then they tell me that the technician took only € 120 from me
Damaged customer company technician phone. I told them that I paid € 275
For repair and spare parts and not know how much I paid.
Well conclusion and behavior unacceptable no professionalism.
