Πήρε και 100 Ε και την επόμενη μέρα που πήρα για να δούμε τι θα κάνουμε δεν σηκώνατε τα τηλέφωνα. Και τώρα μετά από 6 μήνες γράφετε ότι δεν είμαι πελάτης. Σε όσους σας γράφουν άσχημη κριτική τους λέτε ότι δεν είναι πελάτες σας?? Η απαράδεκτη σύζυγος λοιπόν η οποία είναι έγκυος για να μην λέτε στον κόσμο ψέματα σας φώναξε στο σπίτι να διορθώσετε τις ζημιές που εσείς οι ίδιοι προκαλέσατε και να συμαζεψετε το χαλί στις σωληνώσεις και τ καλώδια που κρέμονταν σε εγκατάσταση αερίου 2 ετών. Ήρθατε σπίτι μου λοιπόν εν μέσω κορονοιου και στη κατάσταση μου 4 φορές και μου στέλνατε διαρκώς τον ίδιο και καλά τεχνικό ο οποίος για να φτιάξει ένα πράγμα χαλούσε κάτι άλλο. Και η συμπεριφορά μας έγινε απαράδεκτη όταν σας μιλούσαμε στο τηλέφωνο και αντί να μας πείτε δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι να σας διορθώσουμε αυτή την ετοιμόρροπη κατασκευή γιατί το προσωπικό μας έχει περιορισμένες γνώσεις γελούσατε και λέγατε δεν μπορούμε να σας βοηθήσουμε και μας ειρωνευοσασταν. Άλλη φορά να έχετε το θάρρος να παραδέχεστε τα λάθη σας και όχι το θράσος να ρίχνετε ευθύνες σε άλλους για τις δικές σας δουλειές. Αυτό που μου είπε ο υπεύθυνος, ότι είναι λογικό στον 1 χρόνο να υπάρχει φθορά και η εταιρεία σε τέτοιες καταστάσεις το επισκευάζει με ΜΟΝΩΤΙΚΉ ΤΑΙΝΊΑ, με τίποτα άλλο (δείτε τι ωραία που μου το μονώσανε με την ταινία). Εξ αρχής η εγκατάσταση ήταν προβληματική. Οι ενώσεις των σωληνώσεων στάζουν και έχεις διαρροή. Εκτεθειμένα καλώδια και σωλήνες, και μου είπαν κακώς πετάνε όλα αυτά και θα έπρεπε επειδή είναι εξωτερικού χώρου να είχατε βάλει καναλάκια, λέω εσείς θα έπρεπε να μου είχατε βάλει, βάλτε μου τώρα, και μου λένε δεν γίνεται και δεν είχαμε βάλει γιατί κοστίζουν αρκετά.
