★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι μεγαλύτεροι τρόμπες που έχουν δεί τα μάτια μου ...Υπάρχουν μ@λάκες και μ@λάκες αλλα αυτοί είναι το κάτι άλλο ...Απο τις απαντήσεις που δίνει στα σχόλια των πελατών του καταλαβαίνεις πόσο ζώο είναι και πόσο αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορα έχει ...
Μετά απο τηλ μου, μου λεει οτι έχει μπαταρία για το Ι.Χ. πάω μου ΒΓΑΖΕΙ την δικιά μου(χωρίς να βάλει άλλη παράληλα ωστε να έχει ρέυμα το αμαξι, και λέει έλα μωρε σιγά) και ΜΕΤΑ καταλαβαίνει ο ΒΛΑΚΑΣ οτι δέν έμπαινε η κενούργια λόγο μεγέθους που ούτε μπήκε στον κόπο να τσεκάρει...πάνε οι κωδικοί του dvd ,1 βδομαδα εψαχνα (τα vw χάνουν και ρύθμιση απο εγγεφάλους άν βγάλεις την μπαταρία ,αλλα που να το ξέρει ο ΤΣΌΜΠΑΝΟΣ ) πάω μετα απο 3 μέρες και ενώ ήθελα να την παρω και να φύγω (για προφανείς λόγους) μου έλεγε να περιμένω να την περάσει ...μετά απο 1 ολόκληρη ώρα αναμονής την πέρασε και μου λεει οτι πρεπει να πάρει και την παλιά ?!?! Αλλιώς ανεβαίνει η τιμή ?!?! Δηλαδή άδικα τον προτήμησα .Μέγα λάθος που δέν πλήρωσα τα μεταφορικά να πάρω απο Αθήνα .Αλλα ήμουν σε ανάγκη και βιαζόμουν ...αλλλιόοοος ...γενικά πολύ τραγικά πράγματα ...Τα λέμε και στου skroutz άχρηστε

After my phone, he tells me he has a car battery. go get me mine (without putting another in parallel so the car is streamed, and say come on slowly) and THEN, VLAKAS realizes that he wasn't going to have a decent size reason that he didn't even bother to check ... dvd, 1 week i was looking for (vw's missing and brain drain if you got the battery, but tsobanos knows) i'm after 3 days and while i wanted to get it and leave (for obvious reasons) i was waiting to pass her ... after 1 hour of waiting she has passed and tells me she has to get i and the old?!?! Otherwise the price?!?! That was unjustly suggested to him. One mistake I did not pay for shipping to Athens. But I was in need and I was in a hurry ... anyway ... generally very tragic things ... Πρώτη επίσκεψη χωρίς διαδικτυακή παραγγελία: αναμονή καμιά ώρα και τελικά δεν υπήρχε το κατάλληλο προϊόν.
Μου ζήτησαν τηλέφωνο για να ενημερωθώ σε 2 ώρες , όταν και θα ερχόταν το προϊόν (μπαταρία αυτοκινήτου). Δεν με κάλεσαν ποτε.
Ξαναεπικοινωνώ , μου ξαναζητούν τηλέφωνο. ΔΕΝ με παίρνουν ποτέ. Ούτε την ίδια μέρα ,ούτε την επόμενη, ούτε ποτέ. Μετά από μια εβδομάδα και ύστερα από δικό μου ψάξιμο (αφού δεν μου είπαν το μοντέλο της μπαταρίας που χρειάζεται αν και ρώτησα) κάνω online παραγγελία. Ενημερώνομαι πως η παραγγελία είναι έτοιμη , πάω να την παραλάβω και βρίσκω το κατάστημα κλειστό μισή ώρα πριν τις 19.00 που αναφέρει το ωράριο .
Εν τέλει , πηγαίνω το επόμενο πρωί και αφού περίμενα και πάλι ένα μισάωρο μου περνάνε την μπαταρία ΚΑΙ μου ζητούν την παλιά γιατί έτσι ισχύει λέει αυτή η τιμή (κάτι που δεν βρίσκω παράλογο αλλά και που δεν υπάρχει πουθενά στους όρους αγοράς...)
Τελικά η τιμή ΔΕΝ είναι το παν...

First visit without an online order: wait an hour and finally there was no suitable product.
They asked me for a phone call to inform me in 2 hours when the product would come (car battery). They never called me.
I call again, they call me again. They never take me. Not the same day, or the next, never. After a week of searching for my own (since I was not given the battery model I needed though I asked) I place an order online. I am informed that the order is ready, I go to pick it up and find the store closed half an hour before 19.00 which states the time.
After all, I go the next morning and after waiting for half an hour they recharge my battery and they ask me for the old one because this is what this price says (something I find unreasonable but nowhere in the market conditions ...)
Finally the price is NOT everything ...
