F	Filipe Governa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast not included and abusively/ridiculously expensive (22 EUR/person). Poor TV reception (CNN had poor picture and no audio, complained, they said they'd do something about it, got worse, complained again, they said they hadn't changed/done anything). Expensive restaurants. You're not allowed to use the hotel's swimming pool fitness equipment outside the hotel's swimming pool fitness lessons nor fill bottles at water dispensers. Staff lies about explaining this multiple times, invokes COVID-19 reasons while not wearing masks (and then lies that it was an exception), and seems more worried about forbidding guests from doing this than ensuring spa rules are respected and guests aren't disturbed. Spa allegedly open until 20:00 but they send you out at 19:45. All outdoor swimming pools were closed (April). Otherwise excellent (big rooms, big indoor heated swimming pool, 2 jacuzzis, gym, Wi-Fi, all free to use for hotel guests, generally-friendly staff, safe location with sea and multiple restaurants nearby).

A	Aggelos Ntankos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All tourists avoid! You might be denied access if double vaccinated or recovered. The personnel is not knowledgeable of the covid rules for tourists. I landed today to celebrate the birthday party of my father by having a nice dinner at the restaurant and they denied entrance because the recovery certificate was of 4 months while the law says that that it is up to the validity of the certificate of the issuing country and up to 180 days. They claimed that here is Greece and there are different rules obviously not been aware of ΚΥΑ 6757/2022 and 8681/2022 of Greek law. By the way i am also vaccinated but again they had no idea of the validity. Extremely bad experience. Casino is not for tourists apparently.

The location is good - by the promenade that takes you to the city, all areas are clean and the breakfast and dinner have amazing tastes. But that's not all, the personnel are amazing, such a lovely experience ?
R	R North on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice large hotel, the infinity pool is gorgeous to look out on the sea. Rooms are simple & clean. Not too far from town about a 20 minute walk along the beach front.
C	Cayla Cerny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was here for my honeymoon with my husband. Our travel company booked this place for us seeing it being a 5 star hotel. However, I would say it is far from. The location is beautiful with lovely views of the sea and mountains. However, that is where the good qualities stop. The room is very outdated and is not of the caliber of a normal 5 star hotel. I would put the decor, room style, and overall experience on par with a motel 6 or a extended stay hotel. The room was also dirty. There was hair that didn’t belong to my husband or I on the sheets and mattress when my husband and I hadn’t even gotten into bed yet at all (we always check the beds at hotels before getting into them), as shown in the picture. The shower head is also extremely dirty as shown, making the shower basically a waste knowing all of that residue is going on you. The included dinner was a nice touch, but the buffet style didn’t have much to offer besides the delicious desserts that we very much enjoyed. After seeing the dirtiness we were very wary of anything else in the room and we’re happy we only had one 1 night here. Would not recommend.
T	Theofanis “Palermo” Spoutis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Greek Hotels. The staff was polite and helpful. The room and hotel spaces were clean. Amazing view during the evening. The pools are not very crowded. However it is my opinion that the hotel needs renovation. Some of the furniture seems old and have normal time deterioration. Carpets look old and have dark spots. Overall we had a very good experience despite those details. We would definitely come back.
