★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Οι άνθρωποι είναι επαγγελματίες. Παράγγειλα ανταλλακτικό που το βιαζόμουν, σε περίοδο καραντίνας χωρίς την υπηρεσία take away και με τα courier μπλοκαριμένα και με εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως. Τους είχα τηλεφωνήσει πριν κάνω την παραγγελία και τους είχα εξηγήσει το πρόβλημα ζητώντας παραλλαβή σε 3-4 εργάσιμες και αφόσον ήταν εφικτό. Παρέλαβα την επόμενη ημέρα το πρωί. Στο τηλέφωνο η κυρία που μίλησα ήταν εξυπηρετικότατη και ευγενέστατη. Συγχαρητήρια και πάλι ευχαριστώ.
People are professionals. I ordered a spare part that I was in a hurry, during a quarantine period without the take away service and with the couriers blocked and they served me immediately. I had called them before placing the order and I had explained the problem to them, asking for a delivery in 3-4 working days and if it was possible. I received it the next morning. On the phone the lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite. Congratulations again thanks.
